We have a working farm with sweeping views of Lookout mountain and only 12 minutes from all the comforts of downtown Chattanooga. Our expansive 120-acre property provides campers with the freedom to choose their camping spots anywhere on the farm. Farm animals include horses, cattle, hogs, chickens, goats, bees, stocked ponds, gardens and much more. We have strategically placed signs throughout the property to help you identify potential neighbors. If you desire the company of ducks, consider setting up camp near our picturesque duck pond. For those who prefer the rustic crowing of roosters to a phone alarm, we have four chicken coops dispersed across the farm. Our horses freely roam the front pastures. The cows enjoy grazing on lush grass and taking refreshing dips in the ponds. They also relish watching the sunset from the hill's vantage point, as it offers the best view on the farm. We are a working farm with staff tending to various jobs throughout the day. We have a map to show some of the popular locations campers have enjoyed in the past, but it is first come first serve. We intentionally leave some of our fields uncut. In some fields, the grass can come up above the knees. If you are picky with the grass, these are pastures on a farm and we do not cut them. We leave that to the animals to take care of. All of our staff are super friendly and happy to help guide you to the best camping spot and answer any questions. In searching for your campsite please note that there may be livestock in and around certain areas as we rotate pastures. Please respect farm rules and do not camp in a pasture with cattle and do not enter any gated area without speaking to someone on the farm who knows which fields the cattle is in. Potable well water can be located from the blue spigot outside of the staff housing area, in between the orange and green tiny home, and outside the outdoor shower. Weekend Trip to Valley View Campground

We stayed one night at Valley View Campground on our way north to visit our children. We liked the campground so much, we booked two nights on our way back home two weeks later. The location is great, easy to get to, and we loved the long pull through sites. It is obvious the owners love their land and love sharing it with others. We will definitely be staying there again!!

Weekend Trip to Quail Run Farm

This was my first ever Hipcamp experience so I don't really know how it compares. I'll say it was easy to find, a comfortable spot, and I met someone the day we left at their store and she was very friendly. They were very hands off and allowed us to just show up and go do our thing. As others have stated, you definitely notice the trains. Trains seem to be a love or hate sort of a thing. Very beautiful piece of land though and great facilities. We tent camped with the kids and a dog.

The host is a good human. The site is tucked away from road and offers plenty of privacy. It's a pretty area. I'd definitely stay there again. Convenient for anyone traveling or just looking for a quick rural getaway. Definitely recommend.

Valley View was a pleasure to stay in. Very new large spaces. Easy entry and backing in on the site we stayed on, #10. The only thing to be aware of is the interstate on the back of the campground and railroad across the street. All that said, we will definitely stay again! Nice location as well.

This was a decent cheap spot to park for a night. The grass was more overgrown in the pictures, so I didn’t explore much, as there were tons of mosquitoes/ticks. The big plus was great cell signal, and the sunrise view!

The campground was very easily accessible off the highway and had some amazing views! We were very close to everything we wanted to enjoy and could also see our camper from the overlook at the top of the mountain! The pull thru spots made it easy for pulling our trailer and having our Harley to ride in the mountains very enjoyable weekend getaway!

We watched the Sun set and Full Moon rise from our campsite as the firefly’s came out in the meadows. The campsite was perfect for our needs* quiet, peaceful and private. We awoke to sounds of fish jumping in the pond. Our hosts provided wood AND kindling for our campfire. Thank you for that!

Weekend Trip to The Private Reserve Cabin + RV Pad

We stayed at the cabin for two nights and really enjoyed it. It’s small and quaint, but very functional and comfortable. It had pretty much everything we needed, which was great in case we forgot to pack anything. The central heat and air were a nice surprise and made the space feel just right. The hot tub was definitely a plus—perfect for winding down in the evening. Even though the cabin is in a small town, there are still things to do nearby. Foster Falls is only about 15 minutes away and a great spot to get outside and enjoy nature. Overall, a peaceful and easy place to stay.

Weekend Trip to The Private Reserve Cabin + RV Pad

This place was so adorable and very very private. You can even lock the gate behind you and feel extra secure. The power went out due to an unexpected strong storm, but we still had a great time! Would totally recommend this place to anyone. The stairs are very steep to the loft, but that’s just a warning, not a complaint at all and that info is in the booking. Just minutes from the lake with fishing and a little swimming beach too. Hank’s corner and the bakery were nice to get lunch and snacks for later.

Beautiful little spot with a small stocked pond. We enjoyed our 3 days here even tho it rained almost the whole time and we got soaked...lol Would definitely return and recommend.
