While visiting Greenbrier you can find a picnic area near the river and an outdoor pavilion with a large grill for your special events located there .
Several trail heads are located there in the Greenbrier community including Brushy Mountain trail Old settlers trail (several old settlements can easily be found here) Porters Gap trail.
There are too many local attractions to list within 15 to 25 minute drive , from horseback riding . tubing, rafting , smoky mountain gravity park to shopping outlet malls . READ !! This secluded spot on a private drive is a perfect little getaway location. You have lake view and lake access by foot. Vehicles can be parked on the 25 ft stretch of grass pad above the campsite, or pulled down the hill … (please note the word HILL) onto site at vehicle owners' discretion. Fire pit is on premise and ready for use with a walking trail to the water. Kayaks are available for rental to navigate Cherokee Lake. Trees surround you full of wild rabbits, birds and squirrels. Down at the water about 50 ft from your site you have the availability to fish, wade in the water, Kayak, or sit and watch the ducks, geese, turtles and more. This is a private drive but has four sites so please respect other tenants who have come to enjoy seclusion and serenity during their stay. We are in a rural area about 22 minutes from main town. However, there are restaurants, a Blue Bell ice cream parlor, a grocery store and post office all within 8 minutes. We are 12 minutes from one of the best Disc Golf courses, 25 minutes from Parks/trails/waterfalls, and only about an hour from major tourist sites in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg/ Knoxville/Bristol Speedway. You will have solitude during your stay but opportunities for communication and aid from the host is available. The site can be busier during holiday breaks as this is OFF a main road and is on Cherokee lake so noise echos on the water, and there may be other renters checking in other units just a heads up.

This is an open gravel lot facing Cherokee Lake. Best suited for a quick one night stop during long trips. There is a public access trail for easy entrance to water. Near the main roads and quick trip to Dollar General, ice cream parlor, diner or grocery store. There is a storage building on premise with no access for renters. Neighborhood overview
Very quiet here almost all of the time but there is a possibility for noise especially on some major holiday weekends. Usually if someone comes down the road it is the Post Man, UPS or Fed EX except for the 4th of July when our boat dock is often a prime location for a big fireworks display. Usually can't tell a Saturday from a Tuesday most of the time as 80-90% of houses in the area are second vacation homes and unoccupied most of the year. Only 2 houses are located past ours before the cul-de-sac. We are separated by trees and woods on both sides. Private yet very Conveniently located.
Getting around
Plenty of Convenient Parking located across the concrete driveway. A Large Heavy Duty Wagon is Available for loading and unloading. Plenty of Great biking and hiking spaces are all around. Close to Knoxville, Cumberland Gap, The Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cherokee NC and plenty of options should you choose to leave the lake for a while or your against fishing in the rain.
We are located approximately 8 Miles to New Tazewell Municipal Airport and about 9 Miles to Woodlake Golf & Country Club. Hospital, Veterinarian, Groceries, Walmart, Dollar Stores, Subway, McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, Local Dining, Antiques & Thrift Shops, etc. all within a 5-7 Mile Drive. Awesome hiking in and around the national and state parks and all over the area to Magic Places like The White Rocks or the Sand Cave or water falls and rivers as well as more historical trails from Daniel Boone heading west to the Tri State Marker. Several trail heads are located there in the Greenbrier community including Brushy Mountain trail Old settlers trail (several old settlements can easily be found here) Porters Gap trail.
There are too many local attractions to list within 15 to 25 minute drive , from horseback riding . tubing, rafting , smoky mountain gravity park to shopping outlet malls . READ !! This secluded spot on a private drive is a perfect little getaway location. You have lake view and lake access by foot. Vehicles can be parked on the 25 ft stretch of grass pad above the campsite, or pulled down the hill … (please note the word HILL) onto site at vehicle owners' discretion. Fire pit is on premise and ready for use with a walking trail to the water. Kayaks are available for rental to navigate Cherokee Lake. Trees surround you full of wild rabbits, birds and squirrels. Down at the water about 50 ft from your site you have the availability to fish, wade in the water, Kayak, or sit and watch the ducks, geese, turtles and more. This is a private drive but has four sites so please respect other tenants who have come to enjoy seclusion and serenity during their stay. We are in a rural area about 22 minutes from main town. However, there are restaurants, a Blue Bell ice cream parlor, a grocery store and post office all within 8 minutes. We are 12 minutes from one of the best Disc Golf courses, 25 minutes from Parks/trails/waterfalls, and only about an hour from major tourist sites in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg/ Knoxville/Bristol Speedway. You will have solitude during your stay but opportunities for communication and aid from the host is available. The site can be busier during holiday breaks as this is OFF a main road and is on Cherokee lake so noise echos on the water, and there may be other renters checking in other units just a heads up.

Neighborhood overview
Very quiet here almost all of the time but there is a possibility for noise especially on some major holiday weekends. Usually if someone comes down the road it is the Post Man, UPS or Fed EX except for the 4th of July when our boat dock is often a prime location for a big fireworks display. Usually can't tell a Saturday from a Tuesday most of the time as 80-90% of houses in the area are second vacation homes and unoccupied most of the year. Only 2 houses are located past ours before the cul-de-sac. We are separated by trees and woods on both sides. Private yet very Conveniently located.
Getting around
Plenty of Convenient Parking located across the concrete driveway. A Large Heavy Duty Wagon is Available for loading and unloading. Plenty of Great biking and hiking spaces are all around. Close to Knoxville, Cumberland Gap, The Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cherokee NC and plenty of options should you choose to leave the lake for a while or your against fishing in the rain.
We are located approximately 8 Miles to New Tazewell Municipal Airport and about 9 Miles to Woodlake Golf & Country Club. Hospital, Veterinarian, Groceries, Walmart, Dollar Stores, Subway, McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, Local Dining, Antiques & Thrift Shops, etc. all within a 5-7 Mile Drive. Awesome hiking in and around the national and state parks and all over the area to Magic Places like The White Rocks or the Sand Cave or water falls and rivers as well as more historical trails from Daniel Boone heading west to the Tri State Marker. Emma is a great person! You can just tell when you speak to her and see her caring actions. She brought me a fire pit and free wood. The camp is peaceful with AMAZING sounds of nature at night! I’ll definitely be revisiting!! Thank you Emma!!

This place was great! Lots of little details that showed they put thought into what their guests would want. Plenty of hooks in the shower, and it was stocked with body wash and shampoo. Solar lights in the toilet and shower stall. A dishwashing station with soap provided.

Great spot. Very quiet place. Driveway has a little speed bump and the road is a bit narrow but we backed in just fine. Short walk to the shower house/bathroom. Didn’t use any other facility. Would recommend!

While creekside is not as close to a creek as intended, and not as secluded as some places, it was a very nice and quiet stay. We had a need for an inexpensive site along our route and creek side fit the bill. The host was absolute incredible, and there is a cabin on site that we were allowed to use. I’m not sure if it’s regularly part of the stay though.

Sort of a tight park, but the price is right and there are lots of amenities. The site we had (113) was in a low spot but we were able to level up in our motorhome Tiffin Allegro Open Road TGA (35ft long) with no problems.

We really enjoyed camping at Keith's lot on the lake. It was beautiful, and the resort was so clean. Everyone was very friendly. It was about 20 or so minutes to get to Gatlinburg but we loved staying away from the traffic. I would highly recommend Keith's lot. Additionally, although we are older, but for parents with kids, it looks like in the summer there would be tons for kids to do. Overall, great, clean place. A+

Harmony Hollow was a cute and comfortable weekend getaway. The campground is close to the parkway but set back so it feels like you're in a remote area. You can hear the traffic noise, but the road isn't really visible from the campsites.
Harmony Hollow campground is essentially a big field with 3-4 campsites around the outside and a big open space in the middle. You will definitely see your neighbors unless you hike out to set up a primitive site on the property, but if you do then you will likely be visited by the horses.
The bathhouse with toilet, shower and sink was a nice amenity. There was no toilet paper supplied but thankfully we brought our own. The shower is not well lit so bring a lantern if you want to shower after dark.
The firewood shed was not stocked, but it is the end of the season so perhaps not much demand.

Things to do for kids in summer, There seems to be mostly retired people here. The upkeep of the park is very nice. Close to Gatlinburg but not to close. Electric, water and cable are to the back of the site. Fire ring has a grill attachment. All in all a nice site.

I had a great time camping on Emma's land. I parked my teardrop camper in her open field and enjoyed viewing the beautiful scenery. The directions were clear and her property was easy to find. I highly recommend camping here!

This is a great site! It is on the a large catch and release pond. We caught a catfish and several bluegills. The site is large enough to park our camper (33'), truck and another car. The site is well maintained and clean. It has it's own wifi too. It's a nice campground with paved sites and roads, great for walking or bicycles.

2 nights at Secluded Black Fox Camping/Camper
The name doesn’t lie; secluded it is which is such a perk when looking for a campsite. The sites are also spaced enough that it will never feel crowded. John is an amazing host. He doesn’t make himself present when you are enjoying your time on his property and communication is fantastic as well.

We really only slept here! But it was very pretty and quiet despite proximity to the road. It was super accessible from Gatlinburg/PF. The toilet/shower was great! We did worry we were bothering the people in the little cabin each time we started the pump. We noticed upon our arrival the firewood area wasn’t stocked, but some time over that first night wood appeared. The two little solar-powered lights in our site did not work, and none of the tiki torches would light. Something splashed around in the creek a couple times, but no crazy wildlife encounters.
