Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark!
For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? Close to Columbia ( 30 minutes ) for a nice trip to the zoo or a float down the Saluda River with Adventure Carolina. A perfect mix of nice and quite but still close to town. Also just in Synchronous fireflies, which are fireflies that gather and flash their lights at the same time as part of a mating ritual, are expected to light up the Congaree National Park in May. Check with park for details

Quite undisturbed forest for 1/2 a century, used for duck hunting in the previous owners family for decades. I’ve started building a small cabin that’s unfinished hopefully completing in the coming years. Fishing pond and small seasonal creek flows after lots of rain. Excited to share it with others! Note: Daylight arrival at least an hour before sunset recommended! FYI out of firewood at this time

I had a great five nights day at Big Creek. It was very cozy and wooded. Nice places to walk my dogs. The shower and bathroom facilities were warm and well kept. Would definitely come back!

Wow! I am so enamored with this place. I staying int the glamping tent. It was really cute and cozy. I was coming in late and they made a fire for me before I arrived. And even put out a water bowl for my dog. I highly recommend checking it out.

The lights strung in the trees made it very obvious which site was which. The trees made it feel very private and it wasn't too far from the national park. Great place to camp!

Weekend Trip to Sweetwater Lake Campground
The tent is great and spacious with an inflatable queen size mattress, fresh sheets and blankets, a heater and electricity. There are hammocks and other trees close enough for you to set up your own if you prefer. There is also a fire pit and they will give you firewood if you’re in need of more for free. The bathhouse is also great with a shower, sink and toilet. We didn’t use a ton of the stuff available due to some bad weather but overall we had a great time and enjoyed it very much. We will be back!

Absolutely the best one I’ve been to so far. Lovely, clean, easy to get in and out, and very private. Even has a little covered area with lights and a fan. If you’re driving through Saluda, this is the perfect spot for an RV or tent. Oh! And James is super nice and very helpful. He shows that he truly cares about his property and guests.

Excellent, expansive property, with a menu of add-ons that range from firewood to s’mores. Big trail system with oddities (including a sailboat), lit up and with decorations - very pretty property and the hosts were very responsive and informative. We will be back.

Great place to stay! I had a bit of car trouble while I was on the property and the host were great and trying to help and allowing AAA to come on the property to help me out. The land is nice too and you hear sounds of church bells and roosters to help you wake up!

Taylor’s land was the perfect spot for our midway stop on our roadtrip, not far off the highway and the land itself was gorgeous. Our dog was able to run around off leash, huge plus after hours of driving. The toilet was clean. There were paths through the woods for us to stretch our legs. And our host met us to show us where to set up and could not have been sweeter. Great place to camp!!
