This Property was purchased by Grandfather in the 70s and then was passed to my Mother. In 2013 I decided to live life differently and start from the ground up building with natural materials and found materials. At that time I was fortunate enough to have the land passed to me and I started building a home for myself and to be close to my mothers home nearby. After achieving the basics I decided that the best use of this beautiful land was to create a place for people to relax and enjoy, a park like environment dedicated to preserving natural beauty and amplifying it through a permaculture lifestyle. 8 years later I am blown away at how far the dream has become a reality and love sharing my space with people from all over the country.

This RV site is on our property where we first lived in a mobile home.
We love camping and thought what a great place for a quite retreat.
So we made the site into a full hook up RV camp site.
Beautiful location with a view of Table Rock located in the Historic Oolenoy Valley.
Our property is located in Northern Pickens Co. of South Carolina.
Plenty of trails, boating, biking in the area or just sit under your awning and enjoy the wildlife.
Important please read!
There is not evening shade in July and August, However, there are shady spots very close to the camp site that you can enjoy. Where your camper sits the Sun goes down at the front of the camper. It is typically not an issue until mid-July and August. If you need additional details, please contact me.
There are two homes near the camp site. The one behind the site is our home. Just me and my wife, currently no pets. The other home is a small white farmhouse that I currently rent to close friends. Chris and his wife and two well behaved kids. The kind of neighbors' people dream of! In five years of renting this site I have only had one couple that felt uncomfortable with the homes on our driveway. They chose not to stay, and I refunded them. It is very safe here and secluded from the main road. Look at all of the pictures to make sure this is the spot for you. Thanks

"Camp Hartwell" is a secluded site with close access to the Community Lakefront Site and dock on Lake Hartwell in Fairplay, SC. "Hickory Forest" is our Premier Site; fire pit, grates, large benches. "Out Door Shower / Changing 2.0" will not disappoint! 20 minutes off Route 85. in Fairplay, SC. About 20 minutes to Seneca, SC and 20 minutes to Livonia, GA. LAKE HARTWELL is part of the chain of Lakes on the Savannah River. Duke Energy owns and maintains the water level on the lakes to produce hydro power. Just a beautiful setting with calm waters and all kinds of hidden branches of the lake to boat, fish, and explore. The entire area is teeming with a rural South Carolina flare. Even for "non campers"; pay us a visit, have a campfire, hike or fish off the community dock. The Community Lake Front Site offers fire pits, deck, dock to fish, swim, kayak from. The Community Site is approximately 1/8 mi away; can drive or walk. Lots of wild life including deer, turkeys, birds etc. The song birds at sun up and sun set are significant! Hickory trees abound and nuts drop Sept./Oct. Options for parking boat at community dock need to be discussed in advance. Rates and rules apply.

Great campground to pitch a tent or hammock for the night, also some cabins if you can’t camp. fairly priced and lots of bathrooms nearby. cats will come see you at your campsite and are sweet but will go away if you shop them

This is an incredible area. The property and site is well kept and has a gorgeous view of table rock! Quick access to table rock and other wonderful hikes and water holes.
There is a local bridge with a road closure off the pumpkintown access. But there is still access in and out from dacusville hwy.

The description of the Hipcamp was very accurate. The site was level, hookups were perfect & the views of Table Rock Mountain exceeded our expectations. The location was within close proximity to hiking (Table Rock & Paris mountain) & biking ( loved Swamp Rabbit bike trail & Travelers Rest).
The land offers peace & quiet while being surrounded by nature, with incredible wide open skies full of stars. Steven was an excellent host. We can’t wait to go back!

I booked the beautiful Creek house very last minute and he went above and beyond to accommodate.
The space is indescribably comforting and peaceful, I fell asleep every night listening to the creek flowing under the cabin and leaves falling on the roof.
You can tell Damon's hands and heart have crafted something amazing here the moment you pull in, I can't wait to come back soon when I have more playtime to truly enjoy the haven he has created here!

Steven’s land is absolutely wonderful! One peaceful and quiet RV spot with full hookups all to yourself with amazing views! It was easy to maneuver our 35’ travel trailer into the level gravel spot, and there was plenty of space for our fur babies to run and play in a big open field. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back again.

We spent a week and had a delightful time! The spot is perfect - full hook ups and easy access. The area is quiet and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and friendly. You are close to Table Rock and Caesers Head State parks for wonderful hiking. We would definitely return.
