We really enjoyed the quaintness of Bill‘s cabin. It was really neat having the open air feature because we could sit on the bench between the bunks and watch the fire and relax from inside the cabin. Very peaceful and relaxing space where you can enjoy nature, and still have the luxury of an actual bed and cabin instead of roughing it in a tent. We went with our three young boys just for a night and it was perfect. They woke up excited to explore the property and the cold plunge was really neat too. We will definitely be back again, and probably will bring friends next time too. It was a great experience!

We were so pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay in the Teela Springs Cabin. We have previously tent camped and this was so much fun easier and less stressful. Great amenities provided- cooking utensils , propane, charging port, and solar lights were so helpful and added to the cozy atmosphere. We will def return and hope to try out a few more spots!

Wow what a lovely camping experience! The cabin itself is outfitted with great mattresses, which means we all rested well after a day in the woods in Western NC. The camp kitchen has everything you need. The site is very private, and it really felt like the best parts of camping along with the privacy of backpacking.

Fabulous place that's easy to get to. Marshall has thought of everything. We camped with 3 generations using the bunks in Bill's Cabin, tents, and a teardrop. It was clutch to have to cabin for shelter to play, cook and hang out sorting some rain storms. We will be back.

Beth and Rob are incredible hosts and delightful people. We so look forward to our visits to Trails & Tails. As avid camping cyclists with a dog, they have become our base camp for Pisga and Dupont forests. Always full of advice and suggestions. Their site is primitive but impeccably kept with a well maintained porta potty and delightful hot outdoor shower. We love hanging out and playing games in the green house after a long day on the trails or river. Can’t wait to book the next adventure. Susan, Chris, kids and Rey.

Our family loved everything about Bills Cabin! The primitive adventure of the open air but the comfort of their camp mattresses was the perfect mix. The kids enjoyed heating up by the wood stove and cooking over the open fire. Gathering our drinking water from the creek was also a very cool experience. In the morning before check out we were able to explore some of the trails and my husband and I both attempted the cold plunge. We’ve already talked about coming back and can’t wait to check out the tree house for the views.

This cabin is exactly what I was looking for! It was just myself and my two dogs but I couldn't have been happier with the space. An open air cabin that provides enough shelter from a slightly cold night, Bill's cabin had everything I needed including plenty of sleeping space, a large fire pit, a propane-powered stove cast iron skillets, and even a french press. The location was easy to find and it was clear the hosts put plenty of thought into their guest's experience. Solar powered lights helped keep things clear, clean plates and dishes were welcome, and $5 per bundle fire wood kept us warm all night! I would absolutely come back here by myself or with my family or friends!
