You will appreciate the peace and quiet of this little cottage on Rock Creek, situated on 11 acres of forest in Williams Oregon. The only sounds you'll hear are the birds in the trees and the flowing creek water. Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the confluence of Rock Creek and East Fork Williams Creek. A bridge crosses Rock Creek and there is a hiking trail beyond.
Our garden hot tub is a welcome place to soak and enjoy the stars at night. Its an older tub but still keeps the water at 102 degrees.
Our cabin has a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, teapot, toaster, and 2-cup coffee maker, plus a few dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans - enough for simple meal preparation. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided along with a dozen fresh eggs from our chickens.
The cabin has a small woodstove as its only heat source. A little wood can be provided, and we provide newspaper, matches, and fire starters. There is an abundance of kindling around the property - great for getting a fire going. The stove holds 18" x 4" split logs, if you have some to bring. There are two smaller stuffed chairs, and two bar stools at a small bar-height table with views of the creek.
The bathroom has a shower and vanity sink, and towels and toiletries are provided. There is hot and cold running water, although the 3-gallon hot water heater limits showers to less than 5 minutes. A camp portable toilet is provided upon request.
Nice sturdy steps lead up to the loft upstairs which has an 8" full-sized (wider than a twin but narrower than a queen) memory foam mattress with fresh linens. The loft is low and cozy which allows the camper to sit up on the bed but not stand up.
A compost toilet is about 100 yards away, and has electricity. Bring your flashlights to find the compost toilet as well as the hot tub as the property is very dark.
Cell service is okay depending on your server, and WiFi is available. The password is listed in the binder on the hutch. Some games and puzzles are provided.

Peace is what you will find on our property. We have three wonderful listings on this 2 acres of shady trees, cool, quiet mornings and precious wild life. At the time of writing this, we have a momma and her two fawns, a young buck that likes to rest behind our shop, three different turkeys with their young ones in tow, song birds galore, lively grey squirrels and the occasional bunny running through. This park gets its rather self-descriptive name from the six beautiful rivers that flow through its borders, but don’t the name fool you. There is a lot more than just rivers to check out here. More than a million rambling acres of forest take you through foggy and mystical redwood landscapes. Further inland, miles of towering Douglas firs, glacial peaks, and hidden pools just wait to be discovered. Of course, the rivers are the main attraction. You can’t go two feet without tripping over a perfect swimming hole. After your dip, there are plenty of warm rocks to lay out on. Located around 2,800 feet in the Siskiyou mountain range. The region was initially inhabited by the Dakubetede Native American tribe. Ruch is our closest town. It has a bar, hardware store, grocery and other basic necessities. Jacksonville is a cute rustic town with a number of eating and shopping possibilities. Medford, about 10 minutes further has the big box stores and more diverse food options. Ashland is an artistic and creative town worth visiting. There are always lots of events.

Our outdoor cookshack comes with a grill, bar sink, trash, and basic cooking and eating utensils. This space also has views of the river and large FarmStyle table and chairs for dining.
The site is equipped with motion sensor path lighting around the tent and also the along the path leading from the parking area to the cabin.
Everything is crafted for relaxation and quality time with your friends or loved one. Take a nap in a hammock, play Jenga on the deck, read a book, or take a hike. There is something here for everyone, any time of year.

The entire property (10 acers) is for your use. The driveway is gated with use of a keypad for entry.

There is over 100 acres of BLM land adjoining our property on two sides with miles of trails to explore. Breathtaking river views abound.

As we began this dance of chaos with the land and all things residing in it and around it, we realized the land was as spiritually sick as we were. A microcosm of planet Earth, it has been raped, pillaged and neglected, it’s future never considered, it’s native stewards murdered, all in the name of greed.
After 2 years of profound breakthroughs, mind bending healing ceremonies, confusion, emotional melt downs, everything malfunctioning one after another and questioning our choice to be here, we couldn’t help but feel like we were being sabotaged by something…
We were. She was trying to get our attention, as were all of the negative energies trapped here.
Suddenly an epiphany struck us both, in the thick muck of a terrible physical and energetic rut, we knew we needed to heal the energy that had been left lingering here from all of the traumatic events that happened all around us for hundreds of years. Just like us, trauma was trapped inside her from other people, just like the ancestral trauma we all suffer from on planet Earth.
This is when we realized the land had called us here to help it, and in turn it would help us heal too….and it has.
We now know we are exactly where we are supposed to be.
When you come to this living mountain, speak kindly to her, she hears you, honor the Takilma ancestors who came before us, the plants and the trees the snakes and the bees, because we are all in this together. There is no you or me, there is only us and we. You and I are one being united in our desire for balance and peace on this planet, let’s walk together and support each other on this journey back into the welcoming arms of our own divinity.

Situated just 9 miles from downtown Ashland, an easy and scenic 20 minute drive gets you to everything the town has to offer including the renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park, mountain bike and hiking trails, great restaurants, art galleries, and live music. From the moment of driving through the gate you got a sense of peace and calm. The grounds are private and beautiful. The staff was super friendly but seemed to disappear and give you space. The RV and tent sites looked great but the large Bio-Dome can't be missed. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Jane's Orchard Cottage was the perfect space for two old friends to "meet in the middle" with a dog. Plenty of space to relax inside, lots of comfortable sleeping spaces and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking our meals. The expansive grounds are beautiful and we felt welcomed to explore and walk my dog (on leash) to a pond, platform over a stream, through the forest and into the orchards. We saw a wild turkey, a great blue heron and we even found forest orchids!

This was our first Hipcamp experience and we loved it! We brought our truck with wedge tent thinking two of us would sleep in it and the other two would stay in the dome tent. The kids then saw the A-frame cabins and wanted to sleep in one while my husband and I stayed in the dome tent. So we got to experience both places and they were great! We only stayed one night in March over spring break so would like to come back in the summer to get the full river experience. We used the sauna and had tea in the tea house. Loved how spread out each camping site was regardless of type. Very friendly, welcoming owners who were very communicative and helpful when we booked the A-frame for our kids at the last minute. Very quiet and peaceful property.

Cedar Bloom is such a beautiful peaceful experience with a wonderful array of amenities. My pup and I always love staying here on our road trips. It provides safety, comfort, and easy access to nature. Everyone is kind, considerate, and respectful. Thank you for allowing us access to this oasis!

4 nights at Creekside Cottage in Williams, OR
This cozy little hobbit house was a perfect secluded getaway! Karen and the chickens gave a perfect tour so I could find the firewood, hiking trails, compost toilet, and hot tub. Then I had three days listening to the creek, making fires in the stove because mornings were chilly, staying cozy in the freshly painted and updated space where I could be warm and watch the creeks come together. The trillium were out making the forest extra magical.

Weekend Trip to Azalea River
My husband and I enjoyed the river views and beautiful property so much! The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and felt very cozy - perfect for our getaway! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching/listening to the river every opportunity we got. Two things to note (not cons, just things we learned along the way!): the toilet is a bit of a walk across the yard, so make sure to head that way the second you realize it’s time to go! Secondly, the short trail down to the river was a little more challenging than expected, even for my husband who’s a fairly seasoned hiker. I would make sure you have a buddy before you head down! Otherwise, we had a whimsical stay and enjoyed our time, as well as Jacob’s accommodations, so very much!

Weekend Trip to Cedar Bloom
We loved staying in the A-frame cabin!! It was so nice to have the river so close, the tea house was beautiful, and the outdoor showers were gorgeous with a view of the river! Would highly recommend staying here, I know we will be going back!
