You will appreciate the peace and quiet of this little cottage on Rock Creek, situated on 11 acres of forest in Williams Oregon. The only sounds you'll hear are the birds in the trees and the flowing creek water. Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the confluence of Rock Creek and East Fork Williams Creek. A bridge crosses Rock Creek and there is a hiking trail beyond. Our garden hot tub is a welcome place to soak and enjoy the stars at night. Its an older tub but still keeps the water at 102 degrees. Our cabin has a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, teapot, toaster, and 2-cup coffee maker, plus a few dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans - enough for simple meal preparation. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided along with a dozen fresh eggs from our chickens. The cabin has a small woodstove as its only heat source. A little wood can be provided, and we provide newspaper, matches, and fire starters. There is an abundance of kindling around the property - great for getting a fire going. The stove holds 18" x 4" split logs, if you have some to bring. There are two smaller stuffed chairs, and two bar stools at a small bar-height table with views of the creek. The bathroom has a shower and vanity sink, and towels and toiletries are provided. There is hot and cold running water, although the 3-gallon hot water heater limits showers to less than 5 minutes. A camp portable toilet is provided upon request. Nice sturdy steps lead up to the loft upstairs which has an 8" full-sized (wider than a twin but narrower than a queen) memory foam mattress with fresh linens. The loft is low and cozy which allows the camper to sit up on the bed but not stand up. A compost toilet is about 100 yards away, and has electricity. Bring your flashlights to find the compost toilet as well as the hot tub as the property is very dark. Cell service is okay depending on your server, and WiFi is available. The password is listed in the binder on the hutch. Some games and puzzles are provided.

Everything is crafted for relaxation and quality time with your friends or loved one. Take a nap in a hammock, play Jenga on the deck, read a book, or take a hike. There is something here for everyone, any time of year. Guest access: The entire property (10 acers) is for your use. The driveway is gated with use of a keypad for entry. Other Details: There is over 100 acres of BLM land adjoining our property on two sides with miles of trails to explore. Breathtaking river views abound. The cabin faces west, making for a nightly sunset show from the cabin and deck. The pellet stove may look small, but it is not a toy. We were warmly greeted right away and oriented to the site. We could park any where we felt comfortable in the camping areas, and we felt safe and able to unwind in the quiet, spaciousness. We were impressed by the unique, innovative human waste processing system they have, which was like most composting toilets to use. Showers and hand/dish washing were great (wooden showers by the tea room especially lovely). The stream by the family area though more shallow, was lovely and didn't have the noise of the pump at the deeper hole area. The sauna was sublime. The tea house was delightful and the book of the origins of Spirit Weavers was so inspirational, I highly recommend looking through it, it helped me connect to the land and intentions of this site in a sacred way that filled me with gratitude.

.The reverence for this powerful land is palpable.. I appreciated the shrines as much as the structures. The way the camp is set up is so well thought out. I love the tea room, the kitchen and that beautiful shower room overlooking the river. The people who work there are wonderful. Staying in the gnome dome was delightful. I can’t believe how cool it was even during the hottest part of the afternoons. I wish I had known how high above the river we were. As an old lady with arthritis, I was unable to access either one of the steep paths down to the river. It’s a camp designed for able bodied people. Even simple things like no hand rails on the steps to the toilets made it more difficult for me to negotiate. But even with the mobility challenges, it was a deeply healing experience staying there. When we left, we were surprised at the shift in energy. Cave Junction is a funky Oregon town, very different in feeling from Cedar Bloom. You have created an oasis of beauty, power and delight. Thank you!

Staying at cedar bloom was such a wonderful and peaceful experience! The property is beautiful and there are so many thoughtful touches. I loved having access to a full kitchen, chest freezer, and walk-in cooler (note that the temp was around 50-60 degrees so we kept our food in cooler bags with ice in the walk-in cooler to make sure nothing spoiled). My favorite parts of our stay were the shower house with the beautiful patio, the tea house, and all the different river access points — especially jumping off the little floating dock! The river is so clear and a stunning blueish-teal color. Couldn’t recommend this place enough — it was my favorite glamping experience :)

The structure is very simple, but perfect for our needs. We are typically tent campers and this was a great way to just get away and not load as much gear. I was unable to enjoy a lot of the features due to recovering from bilateral knee replacement surgery. But everybody spoke highly of swimming in the river.

Cedar Bloom was lovely- the grounds were easy to navigate and spacious, the showers were amazing. We loved our time there, next time ai’ll book for a longer stay. A frames- so much fun

Loved the warm welcome and intro by Lara and getting to hear the farm story & animal backgrounds. The grounds are well cared for the location is stunning! The glamping tents were in great shape and the tree hammocks & swings a bonus. Nice shower house & compost toilet system. Gas communal stove & sink were great.

We glamped in the little A Frame in early July. And seriously so lovely the detail to everything and the land is incredibly cared for, respected and loved and you can tell. You should absolutely book the trip. And we brought our dog and he loved it!!

Weekend Trip to Sunny Valley Resort

We had an incredible stay at this Hipcamp! The views are absolutely amazing, and the open space gives you that perfect sense of freedom and relaxation. Stargazing (& satellite gazing) from the porch is beautiful. The glamping tent itself feels super luxurious. The bedding is extremely comfortable! They’ve really thought of everything, and there are plenty of books and light cooking equipment right inside the tent. Highlights of the property: Outdoor Space: The kids will love the play area, stargazing, and the swing! Kitchen & Power: Access to a separate, powered kitchen area made meal prep a breeze. Shower: The outdoor shower is phenomenal, easily one of the best parts of the stay! Note on amenities: The composting toilet might take a little getting used to if you've never used one before, but for a short-term stay, it was totally fine and didn't dampen our experience at all. There is also a heater inside in case you want to use but make sure the propane tank is filled up. Overall, a fantastic blend of nature and luxury. We’d love to come back!

Utterly magical!! My 6 year old son and I stayed in the star A-frame and we loved every minute of our visit. From the divine swimming, to the tea house, to the sauna, and so much more…paradise.
