I am going to be in early this year because of the lack of snow. I am going in March 22nd. I have taken the block off of the Gers and the camp sites. Once the gate is unlocked I will post it here that the gate is infact unlocked. We could still get some snow so communicate with me in the messages before you make a booking. 8 campsites and 2 original Mongolian Gers. The season for the camp sites is from June 1st to end of Sept and the Gers for 2025/2026 winter are blocked out from Nov 15/25 to May 15/26. Pets allowed, toilets on site, campfires permitted when burn ban is not in place. Now up until this year I have provided Free Firewood. I have quit doing that for a variety of reasons, the least being the cost and the work for me. I am encouraging everyone to purchase a Propane Fire Pit if you don't have one by now. I am not to the point yet of saying no big dogs. Talk to me if you think your "big dog" might not fit in. I don't like them running thru other campers sites, so just be respectful. Take them for walks along the lake.. No Yappers, no barking dogs, no pain in the butts. Why would you drive by 46 grocery stores and forget to bring ice? No loud music. I have changed quiet time to 9:00 PM. If you need to listen to the chaos/stressful music I suggest you start a band or become a DJ. What I want folks to get out of being here, whether they are camping or staying in the Gers is just to “take a break”. Relax, appreciate, assess and just listen. I hope what you hear is the sound of life and of course all the Angels that make up this special piece of Heaven. Then there is the silence. The best part of “Heaven”.

Our house is located in Wood River Village. It is the beginning of where the Deschutes River bends as it comes into the town of Bend. One can quickly and easily walk to the river trail from our house. By going up river, one gets the sense of being remote and in the forest along a well maintained trail that makes a 3 miles loop with many rapids visible from the trail. By walking down river, one can quickly access Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Old Mill shopping and Downtown on a paved walking path. Check out the Hayden Homes Amphitheater websites for their concert series this year. https://www.eventticketscenter.com/hayden-homes-amphitheater-bend-tickets/525456/e?gclid=Cj0KCQjw06OTBhC_ARIsAAU1yOUS7UvoFf-WWpnWbHjLjiXzVu0zkNnzLjvGaFg_Oh2eCBJhXHjRfIEaAvU7EALw_wcB Learn more about this land: Campers will be camping in our backyard, surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pines. We are a 5 minute walk to the Deschutes River and a 15 minute walk to the Old Mill and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. We love it here. You will, too. We offer water and electrical hook ups. However, we have no public bathroom.

Really just a home with a rv pad in a quiet subdivision. Nearby is shopping, coffee, concerts at an outdoor amphitheater, restaurants, river views and hikes, mountain biking, sketch or sitting areas in our backyard on the deck or to birdwatch or have tea and read a book, etc... Mt. Bachelor skiing is about a 45 min drive. Thunder eggs, rock hound, rodeo shows in adjacent towns.

This 40 acre working ranch is located just 6 miles east of Bend with the Cascade Range as a beautiful backdrop. Located at the entrance of the popular Badlands. Buffalo and yaks will entertain you with their grazing and antics. There is a canal running through the ranch as well as a pond with waterfowl. Stroll along the access path and see if you can spot eagles on the tall eagle perches.

Our farm is a 7 acre farm just outside city limits in Bend, Oregon. We raise chickens and goats year round, with other animals during the summer. We have a canal on three sides of our property, so you can hear running water as if you were camping on the river. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from your spot and you are less than 15 minutes away from Downtown Bend. There are so many amazing things to do in Central Oregon that are less an hour away including hiking, mountain biking, floating the river, and much more.

Looking for the perfect escape from reality? Rent a spot at our RV campsite, where the WI-FI is weak, but the connections are strong. Enjoy the great outdoors with all the comforts of home, minus the pesky neighbor's dog barking. (JUST KIDDING!) Unplug, unwind, and find out what that sunset looks like! Book now because your therapist said you need it. :0) We are located 10 minutes into downtown Bend and about 20 minutes to either Sisters or Redmond. Don't miss out on the incredible lineup at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, which has concerts ALL summer long. Mountain bike riding, hiking, fishing, floating, food trucks, microbrews, and ciders! Grab a chair and head to "The Bite" in Tumalo just a 5-minute drive away.
