We loved staying at the RV site. Mackenzie and his family were so welcoming and friendly. We got a little tour of the ranch and learned so much. Getting to see some calves and an owl in her nest were a treat. Although it's a working ranch, it was pleasantly super quiet at night and no animal sounds bothered us. Porta potty, water hose, and hookup were supplied. Would gladly stay here again.

Would recommend! It’s so cute and host was friendly, responsive, greeted us, and chatted about the area. The COWS WERE ADORABLE! Got to watch them be fed in the morning. The grass was amazing for tent camping (me and three friends split between two tents) and we all slept great! Would recommend walking to Oregon Badlands Wilderness trail too, we had a great sunset there!

Mackenzie's place is a dream! It is a wide open beautiful space with animals scattered throughout the ranch. There's a hike nearby and lots to see. Mackenzie is a friendly and accommodating host. Will definitely be returning to this site!

I loved staying at Mackenzie's farm. The site was private & peaceful with the pasture out in front, a nice table, and a sink for washing up. The best part? One entrance to the Oregon Badlands Wilderness is just down the road. Great stay!

Our family had a great time at this family farm! Mackenzie was so accommodating when we arrived after dark, giving us directions and offering support. We really enjoyed the peaceful location outside of town; the farm animals were a delight, and our kids had a blast catching frogs. This spot is definitely staying on our preferred list!

Great camp. We really appreciated how much care Mackenzie took to prepare a very nice space. It was peaceful and quiet. I loved the cows in the pasture, the chickens and ducks in the distance and the seating area in front of the water feature. It was truly a treat to stay there. He greeted us and was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend his camp for anyone looking.

Gorgeous property, peaceful and well maintained. Wake up to views of cows, a gaggle of geese and sleep at night with the sounds of frogs croaking and coyotes... howling and a whole lot of stars above. The host welcomed us upon arrival, the grounds were well maintained and we will be back again! My husband and I stayed with friends for two nights and it was a great experience overall.

MacKenzies spot was perfect for tent/car camping. The area I was in had plenty of shade, nice sitting area and outdoor table to sit and eat. Quite and peaceful. The lights in the trees added some night ambiance. Definitely enjoyed the experience.

We had a great time! The campsite is beautiful and peaceful and you have everything you need! The hosts were very sweet and accommodating and we‘d love to come back anytime! The kids loved seeing all the animals around the place too!!

We showed up late at night and Mackenzie was very accommodating. He had string lines on for us so we didn’t have to set up our tent in the dark. We only stayed 1 night but if we come back to bend we would definitely love to stay longer.

Loved the tent space! Nicely setup with chairs and a table, as well as an electrical cord if needed for a Cpap machine. Clean porta potty close by, nice cows and lovely star viewing. Enjoyed our stay!

We had such a lovely stay, Mackenzie was a great host, very easy to communicate with and we feel the photos don't do justice to how beautiful this spot really is. We parked our van under a tree next to the manicured grass, with a view of the cows. The lights in the trees and at the water feature were so beautiful and we had such a peaceful night here. The facilities were also so clean and convenient. We fly fish and loved how convenient it was to fish the Crooked River nearby. We highly recommend it!

Mackenzie’s tent camping area is beautiful! Lush grass, shady trees, clean portapotty, utility sink and mirror next to it. Next to meadow with lovely cows.
Two tables (one with 4 chairs) and a couple of chairs with a small table(third one) under a tree for relaxing.
The most comfortable place I have ever camped!!

The most idyllic Hipcamp spot we've ever stayed! The spot for our van and tent was shady with sitting areas to enjoy food while watching the cattle roam. Our toddlers loved running in the grass and seeing the animals. It wasn't a long way to downtown Bend, and far enough removed to be away from noise. Plus, cleanest and nicest smelling porta potty I've ever encountered. Thank you Mackenzie!

Peaceful setting under the trees, with ample area for watching the cows! Beautiful, clean grass area with chairs and table. Easy to find and super pleasant host, enjoyed hearing their story and touring their farm.

Mackenzie was very prompt with communication. When we arrived we were greeted by his parents who guided us to our wonderful RV campsite that looked over the grazing pasture. The property is a working garden so lots of petunias. Quiet with no mosquitoes and privacy. A lovely grassy patio area to sip wine or morning coffee. Just charming.

A beautiful spot with everything you need to be comfortable. It was fun to watch the cows, ducks and geese. Hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to camp and explore the bend area.

This is a beautiful and peaceful space. Mackenzie made sure to introduce himself and help with anything we needed. There was an outdoor table and chairs to use. Lights were hung in the trees and set to turn on in the evening. There is a mirror by the outdoor sink and the portable toilet was very clean. Overall they have gone out of their way to make this space as enjoyable as possible. There is even wifi and lots of cows frolicking around providing entertainment. We would definitely come back!
