Our farm is a 7 acre farm just outside city limits in Bend, Oregon. We raise chickens and goats year round, with other animals during the summer. We have a canal on three sides of our property, so you can hear running water as if you were camping on the river. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from your spot and you are less than 15 minutes away from Downtown Bend. There are so many amazing things to do in Central Oregon that are less an hour away including hiking, mountain biking, floating the river, and much more.PLEASE NOTE: We can only host trailers and camper vans that have toilet facilities. We cannot host tents as there is no bathroom on site. Also, please note the power service is only 15 amp, not enough to run AC in your trailer. Welcome to our family farm! When you cross the bridge onto our property, you'll be able to pull off the main driveway to the left and pull around to your site. This is a trailer or camper van site only, no tents. Your site will be in the middle of a natural vegetation field with a view of the Cascade mountains, right across the road from our pasture. Your site will include a picnic table and a campfire ring. Wake up in the morning and come see our dairy goats and chickens (fresh eggs available for an additional cost). We are only 15 minutes from Downtown Bend, and less than an hour to several lakes and trails, giving you premier access to the best of what Central Oregon has to offer. Come to experience the outdoors, see a show at the amphitheater, or just relax, our farm is the perfect place to set up camp.

Jon and Kyla’s little sanctuary just outside of Bend was the perfect place for our overnight. They were clear about the limitations for camping with the need to have self contained facilities and electric (as personally required). We needed a location in the moment and Cray-Cray #1 was the place! Thank you!

Beautiful spot away from town

Great quiet spot away from the busyness of town. I visited for a night in August as carryover to camping at the lake. You park far away from their house behind a rocky area so you can't even see people unless you walk around. At night the occasional car drives by on the farm road. Crickets and farm noises. Turkeys visited my trailer. 15 min from town away from all the traffic. It was beautiful. Hookups are easy to find, they have a solar powered light on the post.

Great Camping sSpot near Bend

GREAT CAMPING SPOT right outside Bend. I arrived late in Bend and found this spot. It is a beautiful location, very quiet, serene. I got a couple of nice pictures to prove it. A fun surprise-- they have two guinea fowl. TRY IT!

We had arrived late at night, but we able to set up easily due to the very large size of the site. We love eating our breakfast at the picnic table looking over the valley and mountains in the distance. Seeing the farm animals was a special treat!

Quiet campsite

Great place to stay! Communication and directions were great. Jon and Kayla have created a little animal sanctuary on their property. They also have soap, sourdough bread, fresh eggs and lots of other items available for purchase at the cutest little roadside stand at the entrance of their property! The location is close to downtown for fun breweries and live music.

Cray Cray Farms was a wonderful campsite for our family. We were running behind schedule and trickled into our campsite much later than expected. The campsite was easy to find and very clean. We loved waking up in the morning to sound of farm animals. If we are ever passing through the area again we would love to stay there again. Thank you for hosting the Kaizen Klan. We appreciate your hospitality.

This was our second time staying at Cray Cray farm and it was great! Quiet and secluded, you don’t even know that the family lives on site, unless you need fresh eggs! They brought a dozen to our door for a delicious breakfast. Great place, would absolutely stay again!

We arrived to late to react properly to the 20A cord that was our power source. We had a low battery and no adapter for the cord. No power meant no heat on a cold night. We left the trailer behind and spent $250 on a hotel. $40 more for a dogbone cord the next morning. Jon was friendly and tried to get the power to work. It wouldn't play nice with our trailer. We booked a night at Sun Outdoors instead. The 30A service worked fine there. The site at Cray Cray Farm has great potential. The trailer pad could be closer to level. The power and water could be more usable. The vibe and views are spectacular and we wished we were more setup for boondocking.

This site was lots of fun, with an animal orchestra providing a true farm experience. I read all the notes and details provided by the hosts and the site and amenities matched the description. I would gladly stay again at Jon and Kyla’s Cray Cray farm.

Middle of nowhere right by Bend!

Perfect locale. Great, quiet, flat spot w easy access and easy to find. Arrived in dark and no prob setting up. Plug and hose right at post. Picnic table and garbage can across the way. Some nice minor trails created to walk the mutt and cat. Looks like good things being created on the property for the future.

Great place for our pit stop on the way to Crater Lake! Cray Cray was easy to find and the site was lovely and quiet with everything we needed.

Great place to camp! We are here with our 27ft tt and crew cab long bed pickup and we fit with plenty of room to spare. Water and electricity available no dump. Very quiet and private.

We enjoyed staying at Jon and Kyla's land. It's always nice to be able to leave the shades up in the trailer in the evening, not having to be concerned about privacy with any neighbors. While we didn't use either their provided water and electricity, it's good to know it was there. Their location was perfect for a head start on our way back home.

A great spot to stop and rest for a night. The loop setup for pulling in/out is very convenient, and available power/water is very helpful. It was a pleasure getting to know the farm animals and watching the stars.

Private area from main house which was nice! Power cannot supply AC so make sure to bring your own generator if it's a hot one - no trees at all for shade, open space. Close to Mt. Bachelor for exploring.

Unfortunately we could not stay at Cray-Cray, very hot weather, temperature above 100 and no shade whatsoever on the site. Look like camping in the middle of the desert. Site location is nice near Bend but host should provide some sort of protection from the sun (Plant trees or else). We found a Wonderfull place driving to Sister (Cold spring state park).

This is a lovely little spot! Quiet and picturesque with a great fire pit (and very friendly cows). Jon & Kyla were quick to respond to our last minute request for the same night as we were pulling into town - we are super appreciative :)

Laid back evenings in my travel trailer away from the bustle of Bend. 10 min. drive to downtown for the experience. Super cute farm animals, great fresh eggs! Perfect spot for me!

Wish we were staying longer than 1 night! Jon and Kyla have a BEAUTIFUL piece of property, Jon met us when we arrived and seems like a beautiful human being and his wife sounds like 1 too! Private lil spot, it was quite hot during the day and there's not enough amps to run an rv AC but we just explored the town till the sun went down, and slept with our windows open at night. Will definitely stay again when we come back throu. Side note- swing wide when pulling in the drive way! We didn't and it almost got "craycray" pun intended.
