Our house is located in Wood River Village. It is the beginning of where the Deschutes River bends as it comes into the town of Bend. One can quickly and easily walk to the river trail from our house. By going up river, one gets the sense of being remote and in the forest along a well maintained trail that makes a 3 miles loop with many rapids visible from the trail. By walking down river, one can quickly access Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Old Mill shopping and Downtown on a paved walking path. We are a 5 minute walk to the Deschutes River and a 15 minute walk to the Old Mill and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. We love it here. You will, too. We offer water and electrical hook ups. However, we have no public bathroom.Campers will be camping in our backyard, surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pines, juniper and accompanied by our chickens, and visiting quail and deer. We are a 5 minute walk to the Deschutes River and a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Mill and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. We love it here. You will, too.

What a great place to stay! We were in town for a concert which was a lovely walk away along the river path. We stayed to explore and float the river. A great location close to all the old mill district has to offer. Judy was very responsive and a great host.

My second stay here.

This location is amazing! Nice yard and a simple walk to the river, old mill district and the amphitheater. Judy is an amazing host very warm and friendly. This is my second time staying here and probably won't be my last.

Convenient location

Convenient location near the amphitheatre and river floating. Walking distance to the concert we were attending. Judy was responsive to messages.

Great location, relaxed vibes

Great location, we enjoyed walking to Monkless while listening to the ampitheatre concert across the river. Can’t beat it. Thanks for the chill vibes!

Great Spot & Convenient!

Judy & Joel’s place was the perfect location to be able to explore Bend with easy access to river, trails, downtown Bend etc. Neighborhood is very quiet, eclectic & great fun to explore. Hosts are super nice & very responsive. Being able to plug in & refill water was huge bonus. Definitely recommend this Hipcamp & if you are headed there for a concert at the amphitheater, location is primo!
