Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay and Stable, a small farm in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon, between Eugene and Corvallis, about 2 hours south of Portland. We are an equestrian property with a stable offering a variety of equestrian activities, and we offer both a Farm Stay cottage and an RV Glamping option. We are in horse and wine country, with some 10 wineries within 15 minutes and many more within a 30 to 45 minute radius. And we are surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise. Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse through adding on a Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson to your stay. First off we felt very welcomed. We loved the livestock, the river, the amenities and all the special details they put into this place. The lights around the campsites, the clean bathrooms and showers, the firepits, the water, the shared common space. All the wildlife was incredible also. We saw a coyote, deer, bald eagles, chipmunks and a common Merganser. Such a great place! We will be back.

This was a great place to stay while in the area for some wine tasting. Property was as described with a nicely mowed area for the car and camper. We had a wonderful quiet evening seeing a rainbow over the fields and peaceful morning sipping on coffee while watching the sun rise above the fog. We were even able to grab a couple apples from their trees (with permission) that we cooked up with our pancake breakfast!

Carly’s property and yurt made for a perfect weekend getaway! Though just minutes from downtown, it was quiet, private, peaceful, and secluded. The space had everything we needed, including a functional toilet and shower. Along with the cozy vibe of the yurt, there were plenty of options for hiking trails and close to a vineyard for wine tasting. I highly recommend this property for a nice, cozy getaway.

Wonderful and magical place to be. Pack light or bring a wagon. It's a hike and incline to go to and from the campsite. Well worth it thought! The water was cold but we jumped in anyway and had a blast. Stargazing is a must!

Right on the river! I appreciated the torches and little signs that lit the way to our campsite, which was really helpful because we arrived late. We heard a variety of wild animals off in the distance at night. There were also cows on the other side of a fence right behind our campsite, which I wasn't expecting, so hopefully you're into that sort of thing! The sites were well-maintained. Port-a-potties were very clean with sinks/soap/paper towels next to them. There was a big tank of potable water with jugs that we could fill and take to our campsite for washing. The only con we can think of is that a little traffic noise could be heard. It was there, but we didn't find it intense enough to be disturbing. Would definitely visit again when we go back to the Dahlia Festival!
