Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.
Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.

This 200 acre property is located within the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument, a land bridge where two mountain ranges meet, creating immense biodiversity and natural beauty. Please note that we are a working farm with sheep, cattle, horses, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, pigeons and bees. We ask that you are considerate to all the life happening on the land, observing animals at a distance (except the cats, who will not allow for that) and being aware of electric fences. If you bring dogs to the land, (an option only with RV sites) do so at your own risk. Dogs will need to be leashed at all times and cleaned up after meticulously. Thank you for helping keep everyone safe and the land well cared for.
Currently there are two vintage trailers and two RV sites available. By summer of 2026 we hope to also offer walk-in campsites by the creek!

It is important to note that there is no poison oak or poison ivy around the area. It is a wonderful place to really explore.
Just 15.4 miles east of Ashland on highway 66 then 9 miles on a slow dirt road. The drive is absolutely part of the experience, slow down and enjoy the views. As you drive up hwy 66 the views of the valley below are absolutely incredible, then you come to the dirt road. This is a very slow drive due to the condition of the road, it is part of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and poorly maintained.
**Important** The last section of road to get to this pristine and secluded forest location is a 9 mile dirt road with bumps, rocks, and a many washouts that bring you to a near stand still. 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended. Low clearance cars not recommended.

The terrain is hilly but old logging roads provide nice hiking paths along with hundreds of animal paths for the able bodied. Near the owners cabin and main camp area there is an outdoor kitchen, tapped spring to collect water, fire pit and a compost outhouse. It is important to note that there is no poison oak or poison ivy around the area. It is a wonderful place to really explore.
Just 15.4 miles east of Ashland on highway 66 then 9 miles on a slow dirt road. The drive is absolutely part of the experience, slow down and enjoy the views. As you drive up hwy 66 the views of the valley below are absolutely incredible, then you come to the dirt road. This is a very slow drive due to the condition of the road, it is part of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and poorly maintained.
**Important** The last section of road to get to this pristine and secluded forest location is a 9 mile dirt road with bumps, rocks, and a many washouts that bring you to a near stand still. 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended. Low clearance cars not recommended.

I loved staying on Sarah’s land in our RV. It was our first time using Hipcamp and it was a great experience. Good directions, beautiful farm and views. My daughter loved waking up to the sheep and us too! We walked around the property a little bit too. Such a great spot. We will be back!

Where to start...Wendy, Madison and Brooke were the sweetest! Wendy made sure to take care of a charge from Hipcamp that shouldn't have been charged for a reservation modification. The store and set up behind are awesome! The play structure could use some help, the swings are great, canoes are awesome, the store perfect! I would day if the owners added a hot tub or a few of them, with an outside shower and a 1hr color coded max time in at a time, the guests would be in heaven! They could even do beaver tours at night, we saw at least 9 at one time. Its a gem of a spot and hope to go back!!!

Joy’s residence was such a pleasure to stay at! We booked both Pine Camp sites and stayed with friends. The 3rd site (Dave’s Camp) wasn’t booked but even if it was, the sites are fairly separated and the Pine Camp sites would have still felt completely private. There is a nice little trail behind the camp sites that the dogs enjoyed, and plenty of shade for hanging out and relaxing! Joy was so friendly, communicative, and was flexible with us when we requested leaving slightly later than normal checkout time (since no one coming in after us). The sites were well set up, clean, and had a cute, cozy vibes to them! As others have stated, the sewer hookup is on the front side of the site and the electric and water is on the back. We chose to wait to hook up sewer and just dumped the tanks right before leaving. The water spigot is set back aways from the site, we had extra hoses so it was no trouble but you will need some hose length (50’) to reach! A wonderful experience and our next trip to the Crater Lake area we will no doubt request to stay with Joy again!

we live about 30 miles from Sunnybrook farms. What a great place to slip away too. Hidden along little Bute creek with plenty of flowing water this late in the year. Cool tree covered camping along the creek. I showed goats in 4h when I was a kid; so I loved the herd that shared our site along the creek. hosts were wonderful checking on us and giving us great tips for hiking. Great hike up to a Indian falls.

This camp is amazing!!! We loved the large private area & beautiful surroundings! We saw a flock of wild turkeys and a family of elk while there. Great location to check out crater lake. This is an awesome place. Quiet, clean, serene and safe. Close to Crater Lake and many many Rogue River hikes. Our host, Joy was responsive, welcoming and informative. Sites are clean, level, full hook up tucked under pine trees. Cell service is adequate but we have starlink too. I just cannot say enough nice things.
