After viewing the amazing star-filled night skies, fall into a deep relaxed sleep and wake up to birds singing, enjoy your coffee and a nature walk.&nbsp;This serene and quiet RV spot consists of an open space nestled in beautiful mixed woodlands of mature doug fir, cedar, pine and madrone on our 60 acre property (You won’t see our house or shop since these RV spot is on the other side of the property). RV space has 50 amp power, well water and RV sewer.   Your own toilet is a must. Be prepared to&nbsp;“Pac-in, pack-out.”&nbsp; This is a protected wilderness area. There’s a mix of sun and shade. At approximately 2600 ft elevation, a fresh gentle breeze significantly cools the late afternoon and evening summer temperatures. Most cell service carriers do get reception at this location, however, there is no WIFI. This can be&nbsp;a pull-through-and-around area.&nbsp;A long&nbsp;RV/trailer may need to make a y turn.&nbsp;
Short distance nature trails in the adjacent woodlands can be enjoyed in the immediate area. You will be alone in this no-frills spot. Just you and nature and your RV home.

Crater Lake Private Woodlands

Private and protected forest woodlands, trails, wildlife, ponds, wildflowers, old growth timber and views. Unspoiled nature at its best! We are located in southern Oregon near Crater Lake NP, just off of hwy 62, part of the Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway, more commonly known as the "highway of waterfalls" and near the little town of Prospect on what is known as the beautiful side of Crater Lake NP. Three waterfalls, the Prospect Cafe, and the Historic Hotel are all within a two-mile radius. If you're after that famous pie at Beckie's Cafe, you are 10 minutes close.

Our 100 acre ranch allows us to host guests in their own RV's, at camp/tent sites, or in our new A-frame Cabin all located in private, and even secluded, sites. Several well maintained trails wind throughout the property and can be enjoyed by guests. Nature enthusiasts enjoy the hiking, wildlife viewing, and  the beautiful ponds and woods. 

Crater Lake Woodlands is part of the historic Katydid Ranch. Once owned by Boise Cascade who used it both for growing seedlings to replant logged mountain sides and as a vacation getaway for their executives, the story of Katydid Ranch goes back to the early 1900's when it's owner named "Katy" used it as the "half-way" overnight lodging for horse & buggy guests traveling to Crater Lake from the Rogue Valley. Leaving the valley at the crack of dawn, they could arrive at "Katy's" by nightfall, in time for a meal and sound mountain sleep. They'd hitch up at dawn and make it to Crater Lake by nightfall. 

Historically, the first residents were the Rogue River Takelma and Latgawa native Americans. Latgawa lived in the&nbsp;Rogue Valley&nbsp;of interior southwest&nbsp;Oregon. In their own language "Latgawa" means "those living in the “uplands," though they were also known as the&nbsp;Walumskni&nbsp;by the neighboring&nbsp;Klamath&nbsp;tribes. Specifically, Ha-ne-sakh. The Latgawa were one of two peoples who spoke the&nbsp;Takelma language. They were hunters, gatherers, weavers and fished the Rogue River. They were known to have a stationary settlement and trading post at the Katydid Ranch location. Their tribes lived in the upper Rogue River area extending beyond&nbsp;Prospect&nbsp;and&nbsp;Union&nbsp;up to&nbsp;Crater Lake. 

Since we've owned the Ranch, we've maintained the custom of welcoming overnight guests and at the same time, we continue to honor the protected wildlife designation given to it back in the 50's. Wildlife viewing is one the delights we share with our guests. Please be mindful of native wildlife keeping dogs on leash so as to avoid chasing and barking at wildlife. Thank you.

The animals here include, but are not limited to black tail deer, elk, fox, coyote, ringtailed cat, raccoon, skunk, and also typically farther up the mountain are the elusive mountain lions and black bear which we have never spotted on our property. The ponds and surrounding area are home to migratory to the Oregon Pond turtle, Canada geese, quail, wild turkeys, various owls including the great horned owls, hawks, cranes and eagles. Our pond bird watcher friends spotted Common Mergansers, Ring Necked Ducks, Canada Geese…and a Loon. The bull frogs orchestrate the evening and can be heard at times throughout the day. Katydid Ranch is a wildlife sanctuary. 

The flora and fauna of the forest is abundant and diverse. This land is home to many native grasses, ferns, and berries, wild flowers, as well as many other edible and medicinal plants and numerous varieties of mushrooms. If you are visiting during blackberry season, feel free to pick, pick, pick and indulge. 

Katydid trees  include old growth Douglas Fir, Ponderosa, Sugar, and Jeffrey Pine, various Cedar tree varieties, Incense Cedar, the majestic Pacific Madrone, Alder, Big Leaf Maple, Black and White Oak, Dog wood, and Vine Maple. You may also spot the prolific wild hazelnuts. As Forest Stewards, we are committed to maintaining a well balanced and diverse forest ecosystem.

Shasta View Wanderer's Retreat

Welcome to Shasta View Wanderer's Retreat, your ideal basecamp for outdoor adventures. Located approximately 60 miles from Crater Lake National Park, 30 miles from Lava Beds National Monument, and 12 miles from Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge, our retreat offers unparalleled access to a variety of natural wonders.

Within just 30 minutes, you'll find numerous opportunities for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and biking, with private access to miles of hiking trails on public land right from the campsite. Keep your eyes peeled for the impressive eagle activity in the area, as bald and golden eagles are frequently spotted soaring above or perched nearby.

At night, you may have the opportunity to join us for star viewing parties under our dark, expansive sky—an experience you won't forget.

While our site offers access to seclusion, it's not entirely secluded on its own. Nestled at the bottom of a pasture in a farming area, it's within sight of the owner and a neighbor. However, rural living offers a sense of privacy, allowing you to relax and be yourself amidst nature. Keep in mind that you may encounter bugs, coyotes, deer, and some nearby farming activity during your stay.

Our communal camping area features level ground, fire pit, potable water spigot, camp toilet, and a picnic table. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be leashed or kenneled on the property—feel free to let them off-leash on the adjacent public lands.

Owners are available to provide information and maps for hiking and outdoor recreation activities. Enjoy stunning views of Mount Shasta from your campsite, with seasonally flooded fields adding to the picturesque scenery. You're also welcome to explore the hills nearby, offering even more breathtaking vistas to discover.

Soda Spring

This 200 acre property is located within the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument, a land bridge where two mountain ranges meet, creating immense biodiversity and natural beauty.  Soda Spring is a bourgeoning community tended land located on the unceded territories of the Shasta, Takilma, Latgawa and Klamath peoples, just 10 minutes from the south end of Ashland, Oregon.  The property is primarily oak savannah and pastureland, with adjacent fir/pine and madrone/manzanita forests and hillsides.  The land sits in a valley where both Soda Creek and Carter Creek enter in to Emigrant Creek as it flows onward to Emigrant Lake, just a mile away.  The land is being stewarded by a small group of humans and large community of wildlife and insects.  Together we are slowly creating something special... including community event and classroom spaces, gardens, orchards, holistically managed ranch lands, campgrounds and wild places.

Please note that we are a working farm with sheep, cattle, horses, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, pigeons and bees.  We ask that you are considerate to all the life happening on the land, observing animals at a distance (except the cats, who will not allow for that) and being aware of electric fences.  If you bring dogs to the land, (an option only with RV sites) do so at your own risk. Dogs will need to be leashed at all times and cleaned up after meticulously.  Thank you for helping keep everyone safe and the land well cared for.

Currently there are two vintage trailers and two RV sites available.  By summer of 2026 we hope to also offer walk-in campsites by the creek!

If you're bringing a camper van, we can accommodate vehicles under 20ft in length and the site is pull-in.

The little town of Beatty is right along hwy 140, a common travelers route through southern Oregon and into Idaho and Nevada.

Crater Lake Resort

Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.

Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.

Please note: We do allow pets in some of our sites for $10 per night. If you plan to bring a pet, please add the pet fee which is listed under "Extras" during the booking process.

Willowdale Ranch

We are in the shadow of Mt. McLoughlin in the high Sierra of the Cascades. Our Ranch was part of the original 1800's Oregon land grant. We have our own fresh water springs..cool nights with 1 million stars. No lights touch our prairie. Lake of the Woods is 10 minutes away but we are on Howard lake and just down the road from Hyatt Lake and The Cove Restaurant. Best hamburgers, pizzas,  Vegetarian food to be had. Our riding pastures back up to Lilly Glenn Equestrian Park. Our barn is equipped to board up to 8 horses.. We are a Ranch in rehabbing mode but are ready for campers who can come and share our vision. Hopefully start a tradition.. Our unspoiled pastures are here for arrowhead searches, mushroom hunting, wildlife viewing, horsebackriding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and hiking.

River Pines


I have two acres of land separate from my home, pretty much wooded property ideal for tent camping or sleeping in your car you are off the road a bit with privacy in a secure safe environment. You will find shells between the trees and solar lights at each campsite for your convenience.On the two acres, there's a Porta-Potty available, and all my guest will receive a welcome bag, as a thank you for booking with River Pines. There is four campsites of your choosing to choose from.The river is within walking distance, easily accessible off the main road, just about two car lengths away, off Sunna Ln.

Additionally, I have a gravel driveway, mostly level, with room for one RV on the main driveway off Sprague River Road. This spot offers a river view and access for kayaking, fishing, and swimming. It's approximately 5 miles to the town of Chiloquin, about 35 miles from Crater Lake, roughly 12 miles from Collier Park Museum (a logging museum), and Spring Creek, around 32 miles to Klamath Falls. I live where the tall pines grow. Please note that this property is ........A DEAD ZONE FOR CELL PHONE'S .

Only 55 minutes to Klamath Falls when you need to stock up on supplies, and one hour to the incredible Crater Lake National Park! Less than 20 miles to the small town of Beatty (gas, deli, resupply etc…) Oregon’s diverse landscapes are an adventure to explore, from nearly 400 miles of pristine, public coastline to the lush vineyards of Willamette Valley, and the desert lands and wild rivers to the east. Make sure to keep an eye out for bald eagles soaring overhead. Nearly 200 lakes and streams provide full creeks for fishermen practically year-round, from swift streams to slow waters, the variety of fish and fishing areas are enough to make any angler want to come back time and time again. Explore the hundreds of thousands of acres Winema & Fremont national forests for hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and picnicking. Truly a recreational paradise, use this property as a launchpad to the area that offers plenty of choices. No nearby neighbors, there are a few residents but not directly next to this property. You'll see a fenced in Canibus Growing Station Directly across the street from us, so you'll know your in the right place!

You'll find eagles, rabbits and other small game around while relaxing.

Irino Estates

5.1 acres of undeveloped land nestled near the Klamath National Forest. Currently only hosting dispersed tent campers with a 2-week maximum stay time.

Just minutes from your site, you can walk the easy Sprague River Trail along cool water, picnic and swim at Sprague River Park Day Use Area, pedal or hike sections of the scenic OC&E Woods Line State Trail, or cast a line for trout along the beautiful Sprague River banks for classic Klamath Basin outdoor fun.

Mt. Scott Camping

A dry campsite on one acre lot of lodge pole pines in the neighborhood of Mount Scott Meadows. Spot two is located to the Right of the main entrance/ behind the tiny home. 

Set your tent up anywhere you want behind the tiny home. Enjoy the forest and relax before you venture to Crater Lake, or just unwind in the forest the entire stay!

We live off site, so we will not be there to greet you. Completely independent camping/ site access and check in. We will try ands reach out if you message us, yet all details will be provided before arrival. We try and Avoid redundant information and excessive communication to create a more authentic camping experience.

Our property is also on Airbnb so you can cross check availability/ double bookings. If you want a solo experience.


Our 2 sites are back in only, with plenty of parking around the site. Both sites can accommodate up to 30 feet long x 20 feet wide. Slides, pip out decks and toy haulers are welcome 

Site 1 has a deck with chairs and firepit ( gas fire pit is provided due to burn ban). Site 2 has fire pit and outdoor seating in its own private little meadow.  Both site come with 55 gallon water tote to tap into, trash can, seating area and generator full of gas for the entire your stay.

We currently have two sites that can accommodate tents or a fifth wheel/RV up to 30 ft, with up to 8 people per site. Each site offers a fully gassed-up generator, a 55-gallon water tank for your full stay, a Wild West deck, chairs, and a firepit. (Due to the current burn ban, gas fire pits and propane are provided.) Every guest will enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast basket, featuring goodies made from locally grown, fresh items.

At the site, you can stargaze or explore our property, which backs onto BLM land. We have a private meadow where animals live freely, leading up a hill with views of nature as far as the eye can see.

Our entrance to the land and rv/tent sites are gravel.  Site 1 is rv, 5th wheel only.  Site 2 is rv, 5th wheel and tent. 

Enjoy peaceful tones of nature right at your camp site. Our property backs BLM land, so if your looking to be upfront and right in nature this is your spot. We have a private meadow that offers tons of juniper trees, pine trees, a large variety of diffrent birds, deer, rabbits and more that just walk right through our property.  Listen to the coyotes laughs at night or wait for the wolves to howl.

Fall into bliss when you see the beautiful back drop of the sun setting and rising.  Enjoy the diffrent sunset colors right next to the fire. Star gaze at night and search for the moon in our open sky's.  

Fen Mountain

This has a small campground with several tent sites, outdoor kitchen with running water, outdoor showers and partially enclosed compost toilets. The shower has hot water. Also there are gardens to spend time in. We are very rural and in the forest so be prepared for the wilderness which may include wild animals and insects, including mosquitoes at certain times of the year.

The property is surrounded by wilderness and is about a mile from Lost Creek Lake which is surrounded by recreational areas and hiking/biking trails. Its also an hour from Crater lake and is a gateway to infinite nature exploration. It is only about 10-15 minutes to the nearest town and 45 minutes to Medford Oregon.

Cedar Springs Village is ever improving and expanding as a gathering place and Natural Movement training facility/playground.  Tended by host and MovNat Lvl2 certified fitness trainer.  There are also family activities such as a toddler friendly bike pump track, small sandbox, tire swing, well used trails and roads to hike or mountain bike around the property.  There is a growing communal outdoor kitchen with a standard four burner stovetop and oven.

Immerse yourself in the wild beauty of the mountains. Pitch a tent in one of the numerous locations on this secluded and diverse 120 acres. Here you will be amongst a thick forest of cedar, pine and fir; oak groves, rolling hills, babbling creeks, spring-fed ponds, meadows and spectacular views of majestic Mt. Shasta. If you are a plant enthusiast, bird-watcher or nature lover, or even a rockhound, this area will be a dream come true. The terrain is hilly but old logging roads provide nice hiking paths along with hundreds of animal paths for the able bodied. Near the owners cabin and main camp area there is an outdoor kitchen, tapped spring to collect water, fire pit and a compost outhouse.  It is important to note that there is no poison oak or poison ivy around the area.  It is a wonderful place to really explore.  

Just 15.4 miles east of Ashland&nbsp;on highway 66 then 9 miles on a slow dirt road. &nbsp;The drive is absolutely part of the experience, slow down and enjoy the views. As you drive up hwy 66 the views of the valley below are absolutely incredible, then you come to the dirt road.  This is a very slow drive due to the condition of the road, it is part of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and poorly maintained.

**Important** The last section of road to get to this pristine and&nbsp;secluded forest&nbsp;location is a 9 mile dirt road with bumps, rocks, and a many&nbsp;washouts that bring you to a near stand still. 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended. Low clearance cars not recommended.

Myrtle's Place

Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby.

NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times. 

Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.
