We are a goat and cattle ranch in Southern Oregon located in the Rogue Valley about 30 minutes from I-5. We are situated on the picturesque South Fork Little Butte Creek that runs year round through the property. We have a sitting area by the creek with a swimming hole guests can utilize. This also makes a great fly fishing hole. Our property has hiking trails that visitors can use with access to adjacent public land. With a signed waiver you can ride your horses or ATVs on the property and additionally access public land. Our farm raised beef is available for purchase. You can pick your own secluded 4WD site on the north side of the property with beautiful views of the valley.

The cabin features a queen sized bed as well as a twin bed in the loft. A cot is available upon request. There is a full kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Wifi is available along with a Smart TV. Enjoy miles of trails on the property with access to hundreds more miles of BLM trails from the property. Bring horses, ATV’s and your hiking shoes. Take a swim or just relax by the creek. Apple, pear, plum and blackberry picking is available seasonally.

We have many beautiful offgrid sites that require 4WD to access. Some have cell service or wifi reach. There are many very secluded spots. There are options near the creek and others with mountain views.

RV Site With Full Hookups —— 1

We were camping in our roof top tent at SunnyBrooke. We parked under the trees and directly by the creek. They had cows and goats and beautiful Malinois name Sunny. They were respectful they had basic amenities, we were able to have a camp fire by in the creek. And they had firewood available. Crater lake was 1.5 hours away too. I loved the campground more than the park, if you’re going to crater lake. They only have one entrance open. I highly recommend the place. Andy and Julia were gracious hosts.

Our children had the time of their lives at this lovely property. Owners were so welcoming and kind. Aforementioned kids demanded to share the following: “They have goats and are really nice. They let you go inside the pen with the goats. Owners were really hospitable. Amazing place! Recommended for all kids and parents. Will be back!”

Offgrid 4WD Site

We stayed at the 4x4 dispersed campsite. A high clearance vehicle is definitely recommended. The camping area consists of meadows with oak trees. There are a lot areas you can set up camp. Our stay was very private and peaceful. The views were outstanding. Will definitely camp here again.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Lots to explore, the creek, the views. Camping is flat, lovely green grass, located in the front yard.
