Amish country is also just 15 minutes away with a great bakery, markets and greenhouses. This area is home to an impressive network of ancient earthworks including the world famous Serpent Mound.
Our accommodations range from primitive tent-camping to "glamping" in one of our tiny off-grid cabins. The sites are spaced out for privacy and each site offers a private picnic table and fire pit. There are two shared privies/outhouses which have basic composting toilets (not flushing). A grassy parking area is provided near the road, however, ALL SITES ARE WALK-IN (with the exception of site #1).
***Please take note that this is private property and the host lives on site. If you are looking for a place to be loud and party into the night, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to spend some quality time in nature, welcome. There are rules.

Originally, we had booked the Boondocking, but switched to the last minute because of the warm weather conditions. We ended up in the full hook up. Facilities were amazing, but the campsites were very close to one another, and there was very little privacy. I think the Boondocking would’ve been amazing if the weather had been cooler and we could’ve just operated off of our generator. Everybody was friendly and it was a quiet, family oriented campground.

Deb and her husband were such wonderful, accommodating hosts! We arrived late after a long drive to their home, and they helped us get hooked up to power and water. Their property is beautiful and felt very private from both their home and their neighbors’. The location is the perfect taste of country while still being very convenient to Columbus and the amenities of town.

we are cycling across the usa and arrived at Glen’s beautiful property - the pond, the happy criollo cattle, the easy access to electrical and water hookups for our support RV. communication was clear, we were aware of the no toilet situation (apparently others aren’t aware of “no dump” here, understood as it is a pristine farm!). the quiet was much appreciated after a few campsites near train tracks and freeways.
additionally the farm stand just up the road provided fresh eggs and after a text
exchange, melissa baked us two loaves of banana bread and a sourdough loaf that we picked up in the morning.
definitely, day 13 became a highlight of our 64 day adventure.

We love to stay at the ranch and visit with Glen, sarah and the cattle. We have been tree times and plan to make this our regular go to for camping.
The view is spectacular, the property is emaculate, the owners are a delight and the peacefulness us abundant.
We love the extra perk to buy the delicious organic grass-fed beef raised there.
Then there is the nearby town of yellow springs with its quaint town with an artsy and trendy vibe, and adventurous and beautifal hiking trails.
You must visit. You will be hooked!

The space is beautiful, and serene. This was our first time here, but I’m sure that all four seasons have something really special to offer.

Deb and Tys' Three Naughty Labs' Hipcamp is the best. The barn Hookup is over the top when it comes to hooking up to the camper. The amenities of water and electric couldn't be any better unless you add in Beautiful surroundings with a fire pit, chairs surrounding the pit, within a hope and skip from our parked camper. As if that wasn't enough, there was a patio table with chairs just a couple of steps away from the camper. The directions to this Hipcamp were easy enough to follow. The instructions to park our unit were right on but we didn't need them because Deb and Ty met us as soon as we arrived. They helped us maneuver around their lot and guided us right into position for hooking up the water and electric. It's very quiet at this location. This was a beautiful property with a peaceful pond. We enjoyed the campsite and fishing. The host was a great help with our tire problem and also firewood and filling up on water. It would have been nice to see bison but they were not present. Great place to stay!

Loved the spot. Was a bit hard to find-GPS doesn't tell you that you have to turn right on Opposum Road again to find the entrance. Next issue is recognizing that this is RIGHT NEXT TO a traditional RV campground. Even the host's personal instructions were a bit unclear. If you go left at the second "fork," as directed, you end up in the campground. What they call a first fork I would call a 90 degree right turn. When we came in at 8 pm, the couple who came to greet us in a golf cart asked if we were looking for the campground and we respondeded yes, thinking they meant Hipcamp. Very confusing. Once you get there, it's beautiful.
