Great private spot! Exactly as described. So much wildlife to enjoy. There was a mix up with another guest but the host handled everything satisfactorily. I would definitely go back!

Its an absolutely gorgeous property perfect for star gazing. Its quiet, peaceful and has a ton of space to explore. My dogs loved exploring alongside my party. The host was respectful and helped resolve any confusion.

Directions to the site made it easy to find, the site itself was beautiful and well maintained, the bathroom is a very short walk from the site and there are stores within 10-20 minutes. We hed such a wonderful time here and would recommend it to any and everyone!

This was a great spot to camp! The views of the night sky were awesome and surroundings were peaceful and snow covered. The firewood was priced well and good sized which helped during the cold. The communication and directions were clear, and the price for being as close to the city while still being an escape is a bargain. I will definitely be camping here again in the future!

Very private. The night sky was awesome. The location was super convenient to Fort Hill and Serpent Mound. The host was easy to reach and very friendly. I’ll be back in spring and visit some of the other State Parks around the area.

I've stayed here more than once, and have never been disappointed. The sunsets and night stars are gorgeous, and it is so peaceful.

I was searching for a site relatively close to Cincinnati that had dark sky opportunities and was private/peaceful. This site was perfect on all! Great communication / directions. Highly recommended, get the firewood as well. They were a good size and dry!

This is a very peaceful and tranquil place. At night, the only thing I heard was crickets. The field is full of butterflies and I saw a dozen kinds of birds. Directions to the site were very clear and I had no issue driving to the site. The site itself is mown and is beside the woods at the field's edge, and the sunset was amazing. I hope to be back soon!

Great secluded spot with no fuss. Enjoyed the quiet and beautiful sky. Onsite firewood for purchase was a nice touch and the compost toilet was very helpful. Would definitely come back!

I’ll absolutely go back the peace calm and composter toilet were amazing! My engineer brain wanted to use one of the future composter building by the barn and convert to a byoW shower/clean self room. Too many good options to bring your own but sucks to not have that lockable door.
Property is a lot. Less woods than Id want however the fields are for crops and I like rocks! I wanted to be in the creek daily wasn’t sure where the line was in that but 10/10 for the cost and it being what I needed. If your not a hunter just know folks are hunting it’s normal and not creepy lol

The site is very clean and quiet. The hosts were able to accommodate us on very short notice. They were very responsive. The stargazing is phenomenal!
