On arrival you'll come down our curvy driveway through the trees, and see our event barn on the left. In front of the barn is a communal space for campers to enjoy with a great view. This area has a fire pit, chairs, wood-fired grill, handwashing station, and farm table. The shared outhouse/composting toilet is next to the pine stand with a white roof.
We have sheep, pigs and a donkey rotating through pastures behind electric fencing. Take a walk to say hello, don't touch the fence! We also have 3 very friendly farm cats.
Pork and lamb from our farm (as well as kiln-dried firewood) is available for purchase at our farm store.

Each guest will have access to private parking area and wooded walkway, dome, deck area, fire pit, barbeque grill, hammock, and 3-acre pasture with pond.

We have three young children (Ages 4, 6, and 8) that you may see outside or hear upstairs walking around. They are typically up by 7 am and in bed by 8 pm but are gone most of the day at school (unless it’s summer) and play outside often. We also have one black cat named Smokey who is very friendly and loves to socialize. If you’re not a fan of kids or pets then this may not be the space for you.

On arrival you'll come down our curvy driveway through the trees, and see our event barn on the left. In front of the barn is a communal space for campers to enjoy with a great view. This area has a fire pit, chairs, wood-fired grill, handwashing station, and farm table. The shared outhouse/composting toilet is next to the pine stand with a white roof.
We have sheep, pigs and a donkey rotating through pastures behind electric fencing. Take a walk to say hello, don't touch the fence! We also have 3 very friendly farm cats.
Pork and lamb from our farm (as well as kiln-dried firewood) is available for purchase at our farm store.

They are typically up by 7 am and in bed by 8 pm but are gone most of the day at school (unless it’s summer) and play outside often. We also have one black cat named Smokey who is very friendly and loves to socialize. If you’re not a fan of kids or pets then this may not be the space for you.
Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends are priced higher. Discounts are automatically available closer to the arrival date.

We were four families who spent a weekend at Sugar Neck, and honestly, it was such a perfect escape. Having the entire place to ourselves made it feel extra special — it’s an amazing setup for a group getaway.
The tents are beautiful, super comfortable, and the bathrooms are neat, private, and way nicer than you’d expect for glamping. We couldn’t have asked for more. In fact, we loved it so much we’ve already booked another weekend for next week!

Weekend Trip to The Homestead At Little Creek
As a first time solo glamper, this exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by the Megan, her husband, and their dog Myra. Traveling alone can be scary, but Myra was near me all night. She also walked me to the bathroom each time I went. The tent had a heater, as well as a fireplace in the glamping area that I used. In the morning, I got to meet all of the wonderful animals on the farm. With this location being only 30 minutes from Dix park, it’s the perfect place to crash after seeing Thomas Dambo’s trolls! Great for a group camping trip, but I loved doing it solo.

Absolutely beautiful spot! 🌲 The scenery is stunning, peaceful, and the whole area feels tucked away from the world. It’s incredibly quiet — the perfect place to relax and take in God’s creation. 🙌
You can definitely hear a shooting range in the distance, but it’s not overwhelming — just part of the charm of the area. And yes, the local rooster makes sure you don’t oversleep! 🐓😂
Overall, a wonderful stay — we’ll definitely be back! 🏕️🔥

Site is very large, nice view out to pond and sunsets. Add on charge for bathroom is well worth it if you aren’t self contained. Hosts are wonderful and friendly. The place was very peaceful for my weekend stay. Will definitely be coming back again.

The site was lovely, but not as private as I’d hoped. I could see the neighbors, and hear everything from the neighboring campers on the other side of the barn. The property was beautiful. My dog really enjoyed walking around and seeing the donkeys and such. I never did locate the trail. If you pay extra for it, like I did, ask for specific directions for it.

Cory's place is such a unique and fun spot. I took my 3 young kids here to enjoy the animals (second time) and it doesn't disappoint. They saw animals they've never seen in each life, and the campsite is set back just far enough that it feels private, but is close to the animals and restroom. We had a great time!

I would say my review is somewhere between great and OK. What was great was that the bus was fun and funky, sweet and well-designed, and clean. The kitchen was laid out to have good working and eating space for 2. The shower was very nice. The composting toilet was clean and easy to use. We especially loved the view out of the passenger side of the bus -- great little firepit/chairs, and beautiful woods. We were surprised when we walked down to the stream to find HUGE rock formations and boulders and we had a blast playing on those.
The "okay" part is that the property on the other side of the bus is a bit shabby. Once you get there, you can totally ignore that, but when you drive in it doesn't look as inviting as it really is.
