This was our first experience with a Hipcamp and we really enjoyed it! This is a lovely site and we had privacy but didn’t feel completely isolated. Large space, nice view and pretty trees made it a beautiful autumn adventure. Eric was very helpful and we were happy he delivered wood for us. We also really loved the location with lots of things to do in the area. We will definitely recommend this site to others!

We were looking for a campsite that was shady with full hookups. Jenny’s camp was great. Directions very clear and easy access. We were in a 39’ class A and we had no problem at all. The camp host were very nice and helpful but you rarely saw them even though they are close. WiFi was strong. My husband loved the dogs. The power was great. We had two ac units going and a fan sometimes as it was around 100 degrees. I would love to go back when the underbrush dies back so you could see the water. After the rain you could definitely hear the little rapids.

We really enjoyed this site. Site #1 was is definitely the best. Big, feels like secluded and has a great view! Site 2 & 3 are right across from each other and site 4 isn’t too far off. Still way better than a regular campground and we were the only ones there so it was REALLY nice and quiet! Kids LOVED IT. Eric was very helpful and we bought firewood and got so much we barely made a dent in it. Great place to sit outside in the quiet and enjoy a morning coffee in the morning & enjoy the stars at night.

The site's (there's only one!) first appeal is the amazing view of Bull Mountain Ridge. Beautiful all year long, but particularly in late October when the leaves are in their richest colors. It feels private and tucked away, but is very accessible to all of what the Asheville area has to offer. Downtown is a 15 minute drive; ride services and shuttles are both easy to secure and quite affordable. The backdrop of the site is forested and easy to relax in - the understory is maintained for guest use, providing cooling shade with a stunning view. I usually try to say hello to folks and make sure they get settled in alright, but let me know if you'd prefer just to come in and have privacy. Don't feel the need to come to the house unless you can't get a hold of me via text and you need assistance. I may not be available when you arrive, but I'll try to get back in touch with you as soon as I'm able. **Please be aware that this section of North Carolina has a particularly large population of American black bears. 10/9/2024 NOTICE: We had some damage to our road due to Hurricane Helene that made it impassable. It has since been repaired and is opened to traffic. There are still some remaining rough areas, but the road is easily passable by passenger vehicles and RV's up to 28ft. Our site was once part of a much larger farm growing tobacco and raising cattle and other farm animals. The existing tobacco barn was built in the early 1960's. The concrete pad used for RV camping was used to store silage for the cows. The non-potable water source is a mountain spring that has been used on the farm since the 1930's. While many tobacco barns in the area have been torn down for their rusted tin roofing and rustic siding, we have worked to restore the barn and preserve its history.

Tri Mountain View Campground is located in the Northeast corner of Tennessee in the town of Shady Valley. With an elevation of 2,800 feet, Shady Valley is the second highest town in Tennessee. Wiseman Ridge is a boutique micro campground for RVs only, first opened in July of 2022. Our property adjoins the Blue Ridge Parkway in Linville Falls NC with easy access off NC 221.
