We live on the property, and it is a working homestead. We have chickens (roosters crowing too, sometimes in early hours - sorry about that). We ask that you keep your dogs *at your camp site at all times* (we have had camper's dogs run through the field at us and scare us to pieces and we'd rather not experience that again! lol)
Enjoy the sounds of the creek and put your tent on level land. We have firepits at each camp site. Firewood is available for purchase, just send us a message. We can deliver to your campsite. We stayed in "The Hole" and it was like you were in a fairytale forest. That site was stunning. Not the one we originally went for but we were not disappointed. Not any steady wifi, so if you have to work bring a hotspot to connect to because there is not a 'unprivate' one to hook up to.

Appalachian Springs is in my opinion the best RV Park in Pigeon Forge area , gorgeous, peaceful and very clean RV park . Amenities were great !! Feels miles away from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only minutes from Dollywood.

Magical Mountain Resorts is a fantastic campground. The animals—including miniature horses, a donkey, goats, pigs, and even maras—are incredibly friendly and social. You can really tell how sweet the owner is because the entire property is such a creative, thoughtful space where every detail matters.
The themed areas (like Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter, and Candyland) are magical, and I especially loved the large fairy garden. With a great swimming creek, plenty of hammocks, and tons of activities, it's perfect for both kids and adults. Plus, they offer great options for both RV slips and rental cabins. Highly recommend!

High on the mountain top with cool breezes and lush greenery while there in June. Short drive to both Clayton & The Highlands. Cute pathways and a garden. We used some of the potatoes and onions out of it. Wildlife we saw, groundhog, bunnies, deer, chipmunk and fireflies! Peter is the best host ever! Highly recommend.

We camped in our 20' travel trailer. The space was easy to get in to. The site has water, electricity, and dumping hook ups, which was great. There's free fire wood on site, which was also great. The host Peter was super nice and accommodating. The location was easy to find and conveniently located near Highlands, NC and Dillard, GA. Would recommend!

We got moved to #12, which was fine.
This is a full on river rat, class III and IV whitewater rafting, kayaking, etc place. We did not do either of those nor did we use the bath house facilities. They have a bar/restaurant/snack bar built around old school buses and live bands on Friday and Saturday night. We didn’t go listen to the bands, and we could only barely hear them from our spot (which was exactly what we asked for). We did get adult beverages our first night and fried pickles the second afternoon. It’s a campground so you're definitely pretty close to your neighbors, but not packed in like sardines like some campgrounds. It had a neat vibe with the bar, the music, and the rafters/kayakers hanging out. Our spot was fairly shaded. There were areas with zero shade and areas where you could barely see the sky. There were definitely some longtermers around. Tent camping, car camping, truck camping all the way up to high end rigs.
All in all, a nice campground!

We had a wonderful stay at Sky High Ridge RV Campground! We stayed at Site 4, which offered much privacy - rare for a site with full hookups! It was so peaceful up on the mountain. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and would love to visit again in the future!

Amazing place! This is so much more than just a RV slip! The care and detail put into everything from the houses you can rent to the personal touches from our host was far beyond what the pictures can tell you! It’s a must stay when in the area and we will be back for sure! THEY HAVE THE MIDNIGHT BUS FROM HARRY POTTER THAT YOU CAN STAY IN!!! HOW CAN YOU SAY NO TO THAT?
