We loved tent camping on Ashley's land! He was very hospitable and kind. We loved hearing about all the animals and things he was doing with his time. We were right by the creek, so at night it was very soothing. Our children loved playing and throwing the ball with Ashley's dogs. It was our first time camping, so we didn't know what to expect but it was one of the best experiences yet and there was even a shower! We can't wait to go back! Thanks for the great time guys!

Sort of a tight park, but the price is right and there are lots of amenities. The site we had (113) was in a low spot but we were able to level up in our motorhome Tiffin Allegro Open Road TGA (35ft long) with no problems.

We really enjoyed camping at Keith's lot on the lake. It was beautiful, and the resort was so clean. Everyone was very friendly. It was about 20 or so minutes to get to Gatlinburg but we loved staying away from the traffic. I would highly recommend Keith's lot. Additionally, although we are older, but for parents with kids, it looks like in the summer there would be tons for kids to do. Overall, great, clean place. A+

It was a little difficult getting into the site due to the steep grade and our camper dragged a little, but once we got settled it was fantastic! We had a nice little fire pit to use and a table with four chairs to eat outside on. Nice concrete pad. Hookups all worked as expected and WiFi was good most days. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood was quiet except for a bear visit on two different nights. Would recommend this site!

Things to do for kids in summer, There seems to be mostly retired people here. The upkeep of the park is very nice. Close to Gatlinburg but not to close. Electric, water and cable are to the back of the site. Fire ring has a grill attachment. All in all a nice site.

I loved camping here! My friends and I spent a couple of nights here and had an awesome time. The owner Ashley was so kind. He also had 6 super sweet dogs who would come visit us daily.

It is a beautiful spot next to a creek. We woke up to ducks in the morning feeding and playing, and got to fall asleep to the running water at night. There were plenty of other campers - everyone was friendly and Ashely was an extremely helpful host. He is very present, and brings a great vibe. The bathrooms were almost always accessible, even with plenty of people there. The land was so unique. It is located perfectly close to Asheville and BMT - the drive was scenic and easy. Our one complaint (I say lightheartedly because it was truly no matter to us) was the wifi did not reach our camping spot. We figured this was the universe telling us to logout for awhile anyways(: It was a lovely stay and we plan to come back with friends and family in the future.

This is a great site! It is on the a large catch and release pond. We caught a catfish and several bluegills. The site is large enough to park our camper (33'), truck and another car. The site is well maintained and clean. It has it's own wifi too. It's a nice campground with paved sites and roads, great for walking or bicycles.

This place was gorgeous. Quaint too. Loved it and would stay again if I’m ever in the area. Super easy check in. Park wifi was decent enough (maybe not for quality zooming but definitely for streaming. Loved my walks through the park with the creek running through it, and proximity to Smoky Mountain National Park as well as to Gatlinburg. Truth be told I’d rather hang at the lovely campgrounds than suffer the crowds in town. Host was prompt with communications as well. Loved the deck, and the table and chairs were so nice to have.

The camping was really beautiful with a swimming pool, game hall and a place to wash your clothes.
We only stayed for one night so unfortunately we couldn't use these things.
The directions were alsof really helpfull and the host reacted very fast.
I would recommend this place!

The spaces weren't labeled. The bathroom is kinda far from the sites. But host was happy to help. Communication with host wasn't ideal. The ducks on the property were super cute. The dogs were super friendly. We ended up in space #2.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet place to camp in your RV or motorhome in a beautiful setting, look no further! This is a fully paved and flat lot on a small lake which accommodated our 30’ rig and car perfectly, and includes full hookups and firepit. Park and this individual lot has WiFi, but neither worked good during our stay, but we were fine using hotspots when needed. The host, Keith, was very attentive and responsive to messaging within Hipcamp app…great host!
Pet friendly ($10 pet fee for entire stay to be paid at ORG office upon arrival), 2 pools, cafe, arcade, etc. Great place that we love visiting every year.

Great little spot conveniently located between two entry points to the national park. Lovely little area for anyone looking to relax with kiddos by the pool, play putt-putt golf or just hang out and relax at the site. While our visit was primarily to go hiking, the grounds were very clean and dog friendly. The owner was prompt to answer questions and even allowed us to stay an additional night last minute. Very clean and updated bathrooms!

While Mother Nature decided to rain most of the days we were there unfortunately, we still enjoyed our stay. The RV hookups were readily available and the site was very easy to level ... didn't need any leveling equipment. Only suggestion would be to control a few weeds around the hookups but not sure it's the owner's or HOA's responsibility. We'd definitely rent again and thank the owner for allowing us to rent.

Concrete pad, table and fire pit was great! It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so it truly felt like we were camping out in the smokies. We didn’t use the pool or the other amenities because we were busy doing other things, but they looked nice! Great place for a family. The host is very kind and responsive! We have a 31 ft travel trailer and it was a right squeeze due to the angle of the spot and a little hard to level out due to the hill it’s on, but we were able to make it work just fine :) We also have a large slide on the drivers side and it fit just fine. This spot is very very affordable and it’s a very quiet spot! Would definitely recommend!

My family just recently stay at Gatlinburg Outdoor Resorts. This was an amazing adventure and fun for the entire family! Not to far from anywhere you’d enjoy venturing out to at all!
This campground was so clean, friendly and very safe. We rented this lot #262 and it is my favorite! Shade and a sunny spot on the lot, creek view and sound which is beautiful! Nice out door fire pit which you can cook on or an evening cozy fire on the lot!
Very clean and private bath house with individual shower rooms! This lot is great for larger RVs (36 foot). My favorite place and lot to camp! We will be back in the fall! The owner Lora is vey sweet and
