We had a great time at Mountain Paradise. Although, I do believe the description and other reviews are a bit deceiving. The “short 5 min walk” to down to the camp site is 10 mins down and 20 mins up for 2 physically fit people. Then you add your supplies and it adds even more time. We packed fairly light and even still we were exhausted from the trip up and down. I also saw another review call the campsite “pristine” but that’s not how I would describe it. There is trash all along the river side and the trail is not maintained. The place is nice, just not as described and the hike up and down hung over our heads the whole time.

We had an amazing experience staying here. Ryan is a wonderful host, and the site is absolutely stunning. We felt very safe staying here- the site is well maintained and Ryan is very responsive. Camp here- it’s amazingn!!!

We went out to Creekside Paradise in late March when it was overcast and there was a burn ban. Even with these conditions the site was lovely!
The creek is beautiful and the site is well maintained. Thankful to be able to get out to a nice site after the storm. Would definitely recommend for the warmer months.

Great little spot to relax and take in the mountain air. We were able to see the stars so well at night and the sunset was great. Ryan was easy to communicate with and had some good recommendations for the area. In the winter you do feel a little more exposed to neighbors than the summer pictures on the listing show, but it was still a great spot!!
