Beautiful Camp Spot
We had the best weekend camping in our truck camper on Dawn's land! We had lots of space to be free and roam on their gorgeous property. My husband and I also highly recommend attending a sound healing session. It was like nothing we had ever experienced. We can't wait to return!

Mars Tent Campsite
I loved tent camping on Dawn's Land! It's great for kids, they are able to play in the creek and the meadow. Plenty of shade and a great fire pit! The picnic table was a lifesaver. I have camped for 30 years and this was a great spot.

This lovely property shouldn't be missed any season but my visit preceded ski season with beautiful hiking at a resort and a built in Sound Healing workshop I was invited to.

We parked our camper van next to the fire pit near the creek and had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery and peaceful sounds of the creek. The road is nearby but the noise was not bothersome, we slept through the night without any issues. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be returning for the sound healing session next time

Best place I've found yet!
A-MAZ-ING! I stayed 3 nights camped along the creek on Dawn and David's land. The stars are unbelievable, the sounds of the creek, beyond relaxing, the land incredibly beautiful! I was looking for a quiet and secluded spot to let go of stress and heal some emotional fatigue. I could not have found a better place! Dawn and David were extremely easygoing and welcoming. Next time, I will definitely do the sound bath.
The only downside is the road. It's not super busy but you know it's there. Everything else this land has to offer (gardens, ponds, creek,...) More than makes up for the occasional car. My pups and I particularly enjoyed our walks around the property.
If you're looking for a beautiful spot, with friendly and welcoming hosts, to just sit and enjoy or to use as a base camp near Asheville (30 min), this is the spot!
I can't wait to see how this grows and develops.

Calming and Serene
I absolutely loved camping on Dawn and David’s property! They were so kind and their land is absolutely stunning! The property is only a few minutes from the highway but feels perfectly secluded while also being close to many hikes in the area. The stream flowing by the camp sites was incredibly calming and in the evening I was able to see fireflies and stars. I also got to experience the sound bath - it was an amazing and soothing experience, and Dawn and David are incredibly talented and kind when leading you through it! Pictures cannot do the beauty justice, I highly recommend coming to visit yourself!

Delightful
Dawn’s field by the creek was absolutely magical. We found some great hiking nearby, thoroughly enjoyed the land, the sound healing, and especially getting to meet Dawn & David. They were friendly, warm, and accommodating. We ended up staying an extra night. The area was quiet, clean, and well kept. They have lots of plans to keep improving the space. It is well worth it, especially if you indulge in a sound bath.

Peaceful camping by the creek!
Loved camping on Dawn’s land! It couldn’t have been more peaceful or lovely!! Fell asleep to the melodic sounds of the creek and a orchestra of frogs. Great place for stargazing and lots of fireflies! So peaceful and Dawn could not have been more welcoming or kind. Ask about the sound healing to top off your relaxing visit! Didn’t have time on our visit but next time for sure Thanks Dawn!!

I loved tent camping on Dawn & David’s land. Directions were well written, it wasn’t far off the interstate & easy to find. I enjoyed my camping site. The creek & pond created a delightful & peaceful opportunity for me to rest during my travels. I recommend their camp & plan to camp here again.

Love this Sound Healing Property
I loved staying on Dawn & David's land. It has a very magical & special feel. The creek that runs through the property creates an added beauty and a sense of seclusion. It is also very picturesque with the lovely barns & ponds.
I most highly recommend doing a sound healing session!! That is worth a trip here all on its own. The Land will bring you but the Sound Healing will keep you :)
