Our creek runs year-round and feeds the Pepacton Reservoir down the road. This is still an authentic farming community where passersby in cars wave and the neighbors are friendly. Excellent location, so close to Saratoga Springs and Utica. We enjoyed the cozy campsite, with 30 amp service, water and sewer. Site also has toilets and showers. Matt was a great host and keeps the place in good shape.

great spot! very private and we loved listening to the creek while we stargazed at night. liz & jon are excellent hosts and gave clear directions, plus they were super-flexible with our last-minute reservations. highly recommend this gorgeous and secluded place for camping! :)

Very cool spot. Do be advised that they have weddings and events until 10:00 pm, so there is a bit of noise and music, but nothing too disturbing. Very friendly welcome, free firewood. I got to pitch my tent on a well built platform, which helped reduce the September chill.

4 nights at Cooperstown Beaver Valley Cabins and Campsites

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cooperstown Beaver Valley. The campground and public areas were incredibly clean. The children's playground was very colorful and inviting for the younger children. Safety was also considered as the area is fully fenced. They had an egg hunt for the littles the weekend we stayed and the kids seemed to love it. Lastly, the staff was very kind and responsive, providing many local attractions that might be of interest in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering gifting our son and his family a weekend stay next year as their "family holiday gift" this Christmas.

It was my first time camping alone. And I’m so glad I chose Matthew’s land to do it on. I love that my space was surrounded by trees and I was very close to the porta potty. The space I was at had a wooden deck to put my tent on which I loved. Firewood was sold at a great price for the amount of wood you got. Great space to hang your hammock and read a good book. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely stay here!

Rustic Barn Campground is such a tranquil spot in the Adirondack's. 25 Minutes to Saratoga Springs and 35 Minutes to Lake George. It was an amazing space to call home for our vacation. Matt is super friendly, chill, and accommodating, making sure we were all set up as soon as we rolled in and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds are beautiful and clean. We intend on visiting again!

Fantastic site with beautifully kept campground facilities. The site was decently private with plenty of shade from the trees. Easy to access the hookups and a nice swimming pond just a stones throw away. Matthew was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late in the evening, and they had already started the campfire for us! They also allowed us to use their authentic barn, where we had breakfast the next morning. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.
