This gorgeous campground is uniquely located on the Brookfield Trail System-130 miles of wooded trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, bird watching, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Come and enjoy nature as well as the culinary skills of the proprietor, whose restaurant is known for its family-friendly camaraderie as well as its food. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true escape — and we’re already planning our return! Coming all the way from New York City, we know how hard it is to find real peace and quiet. Between the noise, the crowds, and the constant hustle, tranquility feels like a luxury. Taste of Heaven gave us exactly that — and lived up to its name in every way. The moment we arrived, the stress of the city melted away. Beautiful grounds, fresh air, and a stillness that felt almost surreal after the buzz of NYC. For any fellow New Yorker desperately needing a reset, this place is the answer. What made it truly special, though, was Shelly. As the owner and host, she is absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel at home. You can tell she puts her heart into this place, and it shows. We had an amazing experience from start to finish and left with memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. Will we be going back? Without a doubt.
