Beautiful site, excellent host. Stayed here for one night on our way to visit family. My eight-yead-old and five-year-old loved the sandbox, the stream, and the wide open land to run and explore. The night was peaceful and the morning easy.

The out house was very clean and not offensive to the senses, I could have slept in there all night. Fire wood provided, babbling brook. Big mountains in VT for hiking. The hardpack driveway is perfect for campervans, truck campers, and drivables. If you're bringing a towable, please note that expertise in backing down a tricky driveway is required, as there's limited turnaround space at the parking area. Feel free to utilize our fire ring for campfires, when there isnt a fire ban in place. You may collect sticks and wood that is on the ground. If you would like larger pieces of firewood please let me know. You may back up next to our deck and use the picnic table and charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal, as none is provided).

The property has two waterfalls one with a cold hole for swimming or bathing. We cater to tent and RV camping. We offer tent, paddle board kayak rental rentals. We have over 36 acres of river front property. we also have train tracks that run right through the middle. The train tracks have not been operational for a long time so they are good for hiking.
