We do have bear and a mountain lion up here. We are 420 friendly! Sites are on top of the hill in a very secluded spot with a small campfire. We offer organic vegetables from the garden and work almost everyday in our blacksmith/woodworking shop. For a nice experience for adventurous families, you are welcome to accompany us on our herding of our goats/milking, collect eggs for your own breakfast. We offer a unique place to unwind. Conveniently located near Watkins Glenn, Corning, Bath, and Penn Yan. Wildlife abounds here as there is no hunting allowed on our property. Our cabin is insulated and wired to use a generator which is available for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas. There is a small charcoal grill near the fire pit for your use. This reservation is for two people, if you would like to add people please contact us with details prior to booking! We had such a wonderful birthday trip on Tommy’s land and in the surrounding area. Our site was the hilltop overlooking the rolling hills on one side and the forest on the other. It was perfect! Very private although the other site down the hill wasn’t occupied. They are spread apart quite a ways and both have picnic tables and fire rings. Tommy and his wife, Laura, both very nice and generous hosts, brought us plenty of free wood for our stay. Upon check-in, he greeted us and was very hospitable, offering suggestions for area must-sees for scenery, parks, wineries, food etc. They do offer usage of a flush toilet and sink in the end of their house, if desired. We’re pretty self-contained campers and didn’t utilize them. The property is very neat and clean in a rural area. We especially loved seeing the horse and cows each day as we are both originally from small farming towns. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp to anyone wanting a serene getaway with beautiful landscape and gracious host. Was a perfect trip! While you’re here, check out the Chimney Bluffs on Lake Ontario. They are super cool!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Stergelandia. We stayed in the Gumdrop cabin which was decorated beautifully and peacefully with colorful tapestries and pillows. Despite it being chilly out we were able to sleep comfortably with extra blankets and some hand warmers. It rained one morning and watching/hearing it fall on the plexiglass wall was amazingly beautiful. We enjoyed the observation deck and took a short hike. We made a cozy fire and used the cooking gear provided to make a nice dinner. We cannot wait for our film to be developed as every part of this trip was stunning. We will definitely be back, Jennifer was a great host and has made a beautiful nature oasis on her land.

This was a great spot!! Nathan and his family were so wonderful. Google sent us to the wrong spot and Nathan was very quick to answer the phone and direct us to the campsite. A wonderful spot on a quiet road that goes right to the lake. Very level site with electric hookups, picnic table and fire pit. Pitcher pump on the property was a bonus. We had the full moon the night we were there and it was amazing. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night and we had a problem with our dogs so we didn't get to explore as much as we would have liked. We will definitely be back.

Each site features a spacious, luxury canvas tent furnished with a real bed, complete with linens, featherbeds, and pillows for your comfort. Our campsites come equipped with: Fire Pit: Enjoy a cozy fire with ample firewood and a firestarter kit provided. Outdoor Kitchen: Each kitchen includes a charcoal grill with utensils, a two-burner propane cooktop stove, pots and pans, cooking and serving utensils, dishes, cups, and silverware for six. A tea kettle and press pot for coffee are also provided. Dining Area: A picnic table for enjoying meals outdoors. Seating: Bench seating around the private fire pit. Two camp chairs and two hammocks for additional outside relaxing. Solar Lighting: Solar lights illuminate the ground and trails for your safety and convenience. Perched near a hilltop, these 32 acres contain some open land but also white pine woods and a hemlock/yellow birch swamp where deer, fisher, bobcat and bear can be found. Immediately adjacent are thousands of acres of state land with miles of trails good for hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and mountain biking. Pick apples from the trees, enjoy swinging in a hammock or climb into a tree house after spending the day on the trails. Pitch your tent under the pines or in a field of goldenrod, and hear the crickets and peepers as evening falls and you sit around a fire. Traveling with horses? Bring them! Welcome to Four Willows Regenerative Farm! Ever since we moved onto this beautiful property a few years ago, we dreamed of sharing it with others. It is a truly magical and peaceful setting, and we hope you love it here as much as we do! The property is made up of 48 mostly wooded acres. Our home, vegetable and herb gardens, mini-orchard of various fruit trees, and little farm are situated on the front few acres with the forest and campsites situated behind the barn and pond. We currently have an off-grid luxury tent set up for your use in a small clearing near the front portion of the forest, as well as several spots throughout the forest available if you prefer rustic tent camping with your own set up. We're still growing, and hope to add water and electric one day, but for now we welcome you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy the off-grid experience. We have a communal portapotty set up with a makeshift handwashing station for your use, and you can feel free to bring a generator or rent ours. We are happy to provide tours of the farm where you can meet the animals, or to show you around the forest. There are several easy trails throughout the woods, along which you will find raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms and other things to forage at various times of the year. It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need help with identifying anything. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester are all within about an hour drive as well if you're looking for a central base from which to explore the WNY region.

The access to the lake is walking trough Willard Wildlife Management Area (State Property) The cabin comfortably sleeps 8, but we have no max on guests, as we do allow tent camping in the property!! Enjoy easy access to the lake with just a scenic 10-minute walk — we've included pictures of the route to help guide you (located in exterior photos)! Prefer to bike? That’s an option too. We also provide kayaks for your use during your stay. You're welcome to take them on foot to the lake, or load them into your own vehicle and explore one of the beautiful nearby launch spots.
