If tent camping is your style, we have several sites off the beaten path that we can recommend for your more secluded camping experience. COMING SOON! We will have 6 RV sites with full hook-ups for those who would like to bring their own rig!
Again, our property features a swimming pool, hiking trails, a small organic garden and activities such as archery, boating and more for guests. Many of these activities require staff to facilitate, so please make your actvity requests well in advance!

Minglewood Camp is a place we built so people could escape from the hustle of our busy lives and find some peace in nature.
The cabin was built with respect for the environment. We constructed it with locally harvested and milled lumber and approached the build with minimal impact on the surrounding forest. The cabin is off grid and uses a small solar panel which charges a battery for the water heater and a light. We utilize rain water for the shower and sink which collects in a large tank. The bathroom functions with simple composting toilet. (Woodchips in a bucket)
The property is situated beside a creek and 90 acres of hardwood forest which campers are welcome to explore.

Our property is very wooded and secluded, it is on a hill, parking is about a football field distance from the campsite, rugged walking, very doable, bring appropriate footwear.
We are nestled on a private road on top of a hill backed up to 2100 acres of New York Gaundry Hill State Forest. There's waterways with active Beaver ponds between our properties.
We are 420 friendly!

This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. The pictures don’t really do this spot justice. This was a perfect campsite and would 100% recommend to anyone. Try to stay for at least 2 nights, go over to the cidery at the end of your days. The Finger Lakes Trail is literally right outside your tent site which means an unlimited amount of hiking at your disposal.

Weekend Trip to Orchard and Gorge At South Hill
This was an amazing spot for a long weekend, me and my boyfriend had a great time, the bed was comfy, the site came with some firewood, but we did end up having a buy way more for the weekend. The chairs and tent and picnic table set up were great and the view was perfect. We didn’t have too many issues with bugs in our tent for the most part, and we barely had to wear bug spray (but this could be different depending on the time of year your camping) . Had tons of deer run through the fields and campsite around us, and the distance between our tent and our neighbors was close, but not too close! The only issue we ran into was that we had to buy a few big jugs of water and refill them at the state parks whenever we could because there’s no running water. Wouldn’t reccomend staying here if your planning anything longer than 3-4 days unless your okay not showering for a while. Overall this was an amazing experience I couldn’t recommend this spot more!!!

This property is so beautiful I almost don't want to share because I want it available for the next time I want to book. Listening to the babbling brook while sleeping is the best part. The cabin has electricity and all the things you need. Bed is descent, it's super close to Watkins Glen and tons of hiking options. We brought our own portable shower because the brook is way too cold to rinse off in. The waterfall is a little extra bonus. Luke stayed and hung out with us all day Saturday and is a sweet boy!

We had a great time glamping at camp minglewood as a couple . Everything was as described. Perfect location for exploring the finger lakes region. Site was located behind a mobile home park, but it felt very private and secluded. The cabin was well designed, comfortable and you can drive right up to the doorsteps. Kitchen was well stocked but we didn’t use it. There is a hot water shower system and a kitchen faucet too which uses rain water collected in a big tank, but we brought our own portable shower system and used bottled spring water. Falling asleep to the gentle sounds of the creek and waking up to fresh air and greenery made the stay unforgettable.

I loved staying in Marie's cabin! It's rustic but had everything I needed for a cozy night. When I arrived, she gave me a tour of her beautiful farm and showed me all the animals. Having the pond right in front of the cabin makes for a very peaceful atmosphere. There are lots of trails to explore, horses to pet and peace and quiet to enjoy.
