There are mosquito screens on all windows (and under the cabin decking!), but insects can still find ways to creep in. Rainstorms can be quite loud on the metal roof of the cabin. The bath house is a short walk away down a gravel path, which may feel longer in inclement weather. Keep this in mind when booking as we don't refund for insect issues or undesirable weather conditions during your stay. We provide all linens and towels. You will have private access to a rustic outdoor kitchen in the bath house, a 10-second walk from the tent cabin. The kitchen is stocked with a small fridge, 2-burner stove, dishes and flatware, cutting board and knives, olive oil and salt. We also supply a charcoal grill, charcoal, and a lighter. You're in for a treat if you've never seen these nimble motorcycles do their 'thing'... up, over, and around the obstacles. Events are busy and exciting, but no worries (!) trials bikes are not loud. Riders are friendly and considerate. If spectating is not your thing- no worries either. Non-event days are very laid back. On any given day if Trials riders come here for practice (or instruction with Mike) it's not loud or invasive, nor interferes with any camper training or play on the course. When riders are here (barring events), it's typically only 2-4 riders at a time. Multiple activities co-exist quite nicely here as there is plenty of room for all. This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. There is a cozy, 'treehouse-like' lofted full-sized bed, and a couch below that can open into a bed. There are lots of big windows to let in natural light, fresh air, and beautiful forest views. This cabin has electricity and Wi-Fi included, as well as access to potable well water close by (as long as temperatures are above freezing). This tiny home has NO indoor plumbing. This tiny home has no shower facilities at this time (outdoor shower is pending). There is a private outhouse for your use, a separate structure close by with a composting toilet (basically a bucket with a sawdust system). If this is something that may make you uncomfortable, this space may not be a good fit for you.

Joe's Hideaway is located on the 100+ acre French Woods Farm. The several acre “glamorous” camping compound sits at the end of a half mile private road. We love to host large groups. Plenty of space for cars and motorcycles. We offer 3 spacious all-season cabin tents, and a heated recreational cabin on the shore of a deep-water pond with a bonfire peninsula. Each tent is secured to a roofed, heavy timbered post and beam platform, has its own private camp fire pit and is privately situated away from the other tent platforms. One tent has a king bed, another a queen, and the third has queen bunk beds. The Adirondack sided recreation cabin with screened porch has a queen bed and twin bunks sleeping a total of 4. The site accommodates 12 for $390 a a 2 night minimum. We offer a 10% discount if you stay for 7 nights. Within walking distance, there is a heated double bath house with hot and cold running water, and each bathroom has a sink, shower, and conventional flush toilet. We provide mattresses with mattress covers and pillows. You bring sleeping bags, sheets, pillow cases, towels, and whatever you need for your comfort. Don't forget to pack your life jackets for pond and river activities. We do not provide boats or any other water apparatus, and recreation is at your own risk. 2 nights at Tryals Park Camp & Obstacle Course

This was my second time staying at the little barn on the hill and my first solo trip there. It was a rainy autumn afternoon when I showed up but perfectly cozy inside the hayloft, where I set up my hammock. Laurel got me acquainted with the many new amenities, as they seem to always be making wonderful upgrades to the property. Mike and Laurel's land is the perfect place for me to go when I don't want the hassle of setting up my tent and want a wall and roof and a little electricity. To a tenter, this is a luxurious paradise and I can't wait to return.

Our experience at The Christmas Tree Farm Hidden Delight was absolutely wonderful. Mary was a fantastic host. She was friendly and thorough in her communication, even recommending places to enjoy in the area. We arrived later in the day and were thrilled that she had started a fire in the woodstove inside the tent and had also started a campfire for us. So very thoughtful and a fabulous surprise. The site itself is incredibly private with amazing views. The firewood she provided was dry and plentiful, a bonus since it was a bit chilly for much of our visit. It was great to be able to have the dogs off leash too. We enjoyed our time immensely and highly recommend the site. Thank you, Mary!

Weekend Trip to Canvas Private Glamping Yurt

Heather’s glamping Yurt was perfect! The privacy was beyond amazing and the property was absolutely beautiful!! Heather was very responsive and available for any questions or needs that came up, although the site was so thoughtfully set up, we didn’t even find a need to ask for anything!! We loved discovering the rock wall behind our site and the sunset from that space was really neat. We utilised the farm store on the property for our morning eggs, they were fantastic!! Nothing like farm fresh eggs to start the day off right. We didn't get any milk or meat that was also available there but it was nice to know if we had wanted some, we wouldn’t have to go far to get it! The private heated shower and the flushable toilet will persuade any non-camping enthusiast to come out and discover how wonderful this experience is!! Fire wood is readily available just a hop, skip down from Site 2, where we stayed. Only one lil hop from site 1! I would highly recommend this Yurt camping experience to anyone!!!!!!!
