Jon was very responsive and his property is a lot of fun! The gas grill and fire pit were nice to have, and the gated dog area was good for putting the pups in while we were cooking and sorting out camp. The walking trails around the property are very cool! Thank you Jon!

Our experience was awful. We tried to stay for Balloon Fiesta. We arrived at 9pm at night to an overrun grassy field- the field was wet and had been watered that day?! The grass in the field was up to our hips at some points. There was no bathroom on property as listed. And worse of all our 31 foot RV got stuck in the mud! It was completely awful and not as described. No one was around- and the host was unresponsive for 12 hours! Thankfully we were able to pull out at 4am when the ground was hardened from the cool night temps. We then asked for a refund due to the poor conditions and false advertisement and we only received a refund for 1 night. I absolutely do not recommend.

Gorgeous sky views here! It was tricky to find after dark, as the host warned us, and we took a wrong turn, but once we got straightened out it was easy to find, as it's in the literal middle of nowhere with nothing around.

The pictures on the listing don't do this place justice. Beautiful location. I followed the GPS coordinates to find the spot and easily found my camp. This is the west and there are plants that will get you, so if you're tent camping, you better get there before sun down to clear a site. I was in the bed of my truck so had no worries. I'd recommend if you're traveling along the 40 and need a camp near Albuquerque.

Craig is undeniably thee greatest host ever n than sum!!!!🤓 im awkward AF and he got me right to the spot!!!! Hands down the best, if USA government needed to give out millions to individuals, each and every person that’s on here is exactly where I’d atleast start it. Each and everyone is just a notch above the rest and out of em all, this guy right here Is Top Dog Number 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woot woot 🤓
