Welcome to our luxury full hook-up campsite, complete with a concrete patio and amenities suitable for travel trailers and fifth wheels up to 40' long. We offer both 30A and 50A power, along with access to well water and septic for dumping tanks after your stay (please note: only 1 tank dump per stay).
Nestled in the picturesque Mecosta County area, our property sits on the Martiny Chain of Lakes, providing ample opportunities for outdoor leisure activities. We have 32 heavily wooded acres with several rustic walk-in campsite possibilities. 1-2 RV spots with electric and water hookups. We're nestled within the Manistee National forest where you can hunt and trail ride or hike, so bring your ATVs! Several rivers and small lakes surround us, great for kayaking, boating, fishing, etc.
Warning, there is a small pond/seep that holds varying amounts of water and muck, less than ankle deep to knee deep, based on time of year and precipitation. We have a pup wash nozzle available in case you have pups that find the muck.
Also, due to no doors on the big barn, this property isn't kid friendly.

Easy spot to get to driving; location and directions are accurate. Appreciated the heads up of minimal cell service for Verizon customers. Beautiful spot in the woods. Sandy, flat soil makes tent stakes easy to go in. Plenty of privacy from the road and nearby buildings. A little more road noise than anticipated, but not that bad. Host provided everything needed at the camp site and more: private area for showers/changing, plenty of firewood, picnic table, drinking water, extra table (very helpful!), fire pit, portapot that was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. Host was great at communicating before and during the stay. Location is convenient to all rivers, hiking, etc. in the area. Would stay here again and recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Holly is an amazing post she's very friendly and kind. She has a beautiful piece of property located in quaint little piece of the woods. There's plenty of room for parking of a car and a RV. She is very accommodating. Also has a beautiful fire pit for nights outside. I was struggling with my propane in my RV and Holly was kind enough to let us use her grill.

This site was exactly what I was looking for: private and secluded, but not totally isolated. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler.
Ideal for car camping, camper vans/small trailers. There is a clean port a potty, garbage can, fire pit and picnic table. The site has its own road that leads to it. Surrounded by national forest land and less than 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches. Will definitely be camping here again soon!

I have stayed at MANY off-grid far flung Hipcamps and EVERY single one had SOME form of annoying noise! Either dogs & lawnmowers in the evening or chainsaws in the morning. This is the absolutely the MOST SERENE Hipcamp I have ever visited.. ONLY the sound of nature ALL night and ALL day!! This host has NO noisy dogs, kids or drunk uncles.
I was not excited about pitching my tent in their front yard, and even though I didn't ask, Holly read my mind because she suggested I roam her property for a more private space, which I easily found. Not only that, she supplied me with firewood and access to water & electricity and also offered me vegetables from her garden! This place is IDEAL for anyone with tents all the way up to RV's. who want to get away from the incessant human sounds that seem to be unavoidable any where else.

Manderlay Woods was a very quiet and dark place with a level parking spot and a nice fire pit with many chairs. Electricity was available and we only need the 15 amp option but they said there was a 30 amp plug but it had a dryer outlet so bring an adapter. Holly was very helpful and friendly. She even put a hose out for us to rinse our dogs if they got muddy.

My wife and I loved camping here over the holiday weekend! The easy hookups, concrete slab, and table/chairs were perfect. It was also a big plus that our dogs were able to come along. That made our lives a lot easier. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone.
