In the years to come, our beautiful barn will become a venue for weddings as well as a suite and rentable rooms where you can stay. We’ll also be continuing to grow our family farm, orchard and of course our growing array of animals for you to visit. For guests we also have a community fire pit in our yard and host fires most nights that we have guests. We also have a sauna that we heat up many nights so feel to let us know if these things interest you.

The site is graced by a large old Oak tree and many larger Maple and Birch making it a well shaded site and protected from wind. A wildlife pond is near the tent sites which hosts frogs and turtles and an occasional passing beaver, otter or muskrat. Deer and Turkey are frequently seen and the area is on migration pathways for Raptures and many songbirds. The site is a few hundred feet from the Northwest corner of Farmers Block Road and is an ideal base camp for biking, hiking, paddling and fishing adventures in Keweenaw County. Only one mile from Lake Superior and the Gratiot River - many outdoor activities are easily accessible. Additional flat tent site undeveloped are close to the site if you have a larger group and need more tent pads let us know and we will try to accomodate you.
