Located in the historic Cape Cod town of Sandwich, MA, our property features spacious RV campsites and charming vacation rentals. We are just over the Sagamore Bridge, a short drive to the heart of Cape Cod. Only minutes away from Cape Cod's top attractions, including museums, scenic ocean beaches, and delicious seafood shanties. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! Our secluded, pet-friendly campground is nestled in a tranquil natural setting alongside one of the cleanest swimming ponds on Cape Cod. Whether you are looking for a weekend RV retreat or a longer stay in one of our Cape Cod cottage rentals, we have the perfect vacation spot for you. Our quaint cottages border the crystal-clear waters of Peter’s Pond, a 127-acre spring-fed kettle pond. Swim out to the raft, relax, float on a tube, and enjoy family fun in the cool water. We offer rowboat and sunfish sailboats plus dock rentals with convenient boat ramp access, all just steps from our sandy beach. Our large RV park sites are wooded and peaceful, with plenty of room. We offer full hookups: water, electricity, and sewer. The sites are pull-through with a picnic table. If you love fishing, the pond is stocked with Brook, Brown, Rainbow, and Tiger trout as well as largemouth and smallmouth bass. It was featured in The Fisherman Magazine in February 2022. Come cast a line and enjoy this Cape Cod fishing destination! DunRoamin on Peter’s Pond is a perfect family getaway. We offer a playground, and fun activities throughout the summer. Join us for weekly campfires and have s'mores at the beach. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures in our campground. Hike the small walking trail and discover local fauna and woodland creatures. Your child will love exploring the woods and discovering the wonders of nature. Our main attractions are swimming and building sandcastles on our private beach. However, nothing compares to catching crawfish with a flashlight or chasing fireflies on a hot summer night! Please note: Pets are allowed with proof of vaccination. There are single-stall restrooms but no bathhouse on-site — we only accept self-contained units. If you would like to bring a boat, please reach out for dock rentals or trailer storage. Thank you.

Our driveway is located about 3 miles from the start of the Boston Marathon, 8 minutes from 495, but, down a country road. We find our property to be quite peaceful. We do have crickets and frogs to lull you to sleep and early birds to greet you in the morning.  Keep an eye out for turtles! We are a few hundred yards from either Upton State Forest or Lake Whitehall. Lake Whitehall is popular with boaters (speed limit enforced) and is stocked with fish. No swimming. There is a public boat ramp on the other side of the lake. We often put in our kayaks at the entrance close to our house. We hike, mountain bike and picnic in these parks. It's really beautiful.  There is a 24-hour grocery store 2 miles down the road.  The gravel campsite is located at the barn end of our driveway in front of the red barn. There is a little privacy from the house, but, we may need to get into the barn from time to time. We have a 30amp and water hookup at the barn. If planning on using electric please add one "electric hookup" extra to each night of your stay BEFORE finishing the request to book, it's really difficult to add it after. Please plan to bring 50' of hose and/or 25ft of electrical cord if using hookups. There is wifi, BUT, it's pretty weak at the barn. Definitely not strong enough for streaming! Our Ibex camper may or may not be parked next to the barn depending on if we are out camping!  We do not accept car campers. Turtle Path also has a Guest Suite. Find us on that other website! Shortly after we moved in we discovered a large snapping turtle on his way from Lake Whitehall to the creek at the back of our property. Our neighbor told us that's the turtle's usual route. Turtle won our hearts that day.

Welcome to the Farm: A New England Sanctuary in the Making Nestled in the heart of the Blackstone Valley, our property in Sutton, Massachusetts is a place of transition, growth, and raw natural beauty. If you are looking for a highly polished, corporate glamping resort, you won’t find it here. What you will find is a working farm dedicated to the conservation of rare and endangered birds, a landscape that is being lovingly restored one day at a time, and a hosting experience that values authenticity over perfection. We are currently in an exciting phase of development. While the "bones" of the campground are firmly in place—providing you with the essential peace, privacy, and rugged beauty you expect from a New England camping trip—we are still very much a work in progress. When you book a stay with us, you aren't just a guest; you are a witness to the evolution of this land. In fact, for those who enjoy leaving a place better than they found it, there are often opportunities to help in the development of new campsites and property projects. Whether it's helping clear a new path or offering feedback on a prospective tent platform site, your input helps shape the future of this sanctuary. The Layout: Water, Woods, and Wildlife The property is uniquely situated between two active streams, creating a natural soundscape that drowns out the hum of the modern world. Because we focus on the preservation of rare avian species, the morning chorus here is unlike anything else in the region. We currently offer three distinct sites, each with its own character: The Stream-Side Retreat: Perfect for those who want to fall asleep to the sound of rushing water. The Forest Edge: A shaded spot that offers the best vantage point for birdwatching. The Meadow View: An open area near our working farm zones, great for stargazing. While we are still installing more permanent infrastructure—including our upcoming composting and dry toilet facilities for the 2026 season—we make sure the basics are covered so you can focus on the environment. This is a place for campers who appreciate the "DIY" spirit of a farm in progress. Location: The Heart of New England One of our greatest assets is our location. We offer a "best of both worlds" scenario: total seclusion once you pull down
