Derek, the owner, is always incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. Great site and beautiful property overall! There was plenty of space for our fifth wheel to turn around and park. Power and water is conveniently located, and easy to use. The location is convenient to Cambridge and Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. Great site and friendly host - we will be back if we are in the area again!

Weekend Trip to TINYHOME n WOODS & PRIVATE ISLAND

Lots to like about the waterfront site, starting with the view. My family and another family spent the trip kayaking, lying in a hammock, and sitting by the fire. We only saw a few other people the whole time — all on small fishing boats and jet skis. The host was very communicative. The place wasn’t far from DC. Main drawback is the relatively high cost, particularly given that water and port-a-john weren’t included in the base price.

I thought the sight was great! The 3/4 mile drive off the main road could use trimming. Put branch marks on my truck. Some may not want that. Was not sure where high tide mark for the river was at the site. Had a complimentary stack of wood waiting. That was nice. A trash can. Nice. The view of the water was awesome. The video of the road in was very helpful. I would recommend highly and return as soon as possible! Thank you!

4 nights at Harbor View Circle RV Site

Judi and Berry are kind and generous hosts, and their property is beautiful! I was so grateful to enjoy gorgeous sunsets from their quiet campsite rather than endure a chaotic Labor Day weekend in a packed RV park. I was provided a level concrete pad with electric (50/30A and 120V), water, and a view of the harbor. I was also able to use Judi and Berry's pier with a cute tiki hut, picnic table, and chairs surrounding a firepit. Frequent guests included a family of ducks, a family of swans, a heron, and an osprey. I had a great weekend!
