the cabin is in winter mode and has limit water, please bring all the water you need. if you forget or need more the can supply water when we are available to do so. Our cabin is an off grid (very limited power, now way to charge or plug in AC devices) post and beam structure that we built 8 years ago. It's has a full kitchen, wood stove, and screened porch. There are jugs provided for doing dishes etc and a large (150 gallon) tank outside for refills. There are a generous supply of lanterns (both battery and inflatable solar) flashlights and string lights for lighting. This is a small two story timber frame cabin off grid and secluded deep in the woods. It has a separate outhouse as well as shower stall to use the solar shower bags in. The cabin has a king sized bed in the loft with a child size fold down bunk above it; there is also a pull out couch on the first floor. As well as a kitchen, screened in porch and fire pit. Linen, dishes and utensils are not included please bring all that you need. There is a propane 4 burner stove with oven and solar shower bags. Trash and campfire wood is included. We are very busy with kids and work, we try our best to clean and re-supply between guests but it is not always possible, please let us know if something needs attention!

We are third generation Randalls to own this 100 acre farm. We love the property and we are creating an event venue space. On the farmhouse side we have an original 1800s barn. We are building a large pavilion for events. Behind this area there is a rolling hill which overlooks Dixmont mountains. Across the road, is a large, flat field with small farm pond with tree swing, rustic arbor and historic farm equipment. We are just a few miles off I-95 both north and south bound. The farm is just a few miles away from Plymouth Pond, Etna Pond and just about 10 miles away from Newport with ATV trails, Sebasticook Lake and main direction to enter the lakes/Appalachian Mountain region. Stay to visit nature or stay for easy access to the Bangor Waterfront, Cross Insurance Center or the Children's Discovery Museum.

Wherever we go people either say "I love Maine!" or "I've always wanted to go to Maine!" This naturally wooded lot with a platform for your tent or table, is a perfect place to camp or park your RV and enjoy the beauty of Mid-Coast Maine. (Look for the lobster bouy on the tree and the lobster trap on the ground as you circle the street turn around.) It is located in the middle of the Pemaquid Peninsula, home to Maine's most famous lighthouse: it’s on the U.S. quarter. This is a great spot from which to explore beaches (8 miles), canoeing and kayaking (2 miles), state and national parks, and hiking trails (8 miles). There are great restaurants, shops, summer theater, art studios and antique markets in nearby Damariscotta and all along the Maine coast. Throughout the summer there are lobster fests, music fests, fairs and even a Pumpkin Regata (in Oct) when the fall foliage is at its peak. No camp fires as water source is 1.5 miles at town spring tap. This water is currently not portable but fine for washing. Public Port-a-potty at swimming hole 1.4 mi. Tent and car campers $20 per night. Message is for RV considerations. For stays of a week or more we provide trash pick up. For stays of 10 days or more, ask about a discount. CENTRAL MAINE (CORINTH) - Camp sites are located in a large, quiet, rural backyard with direct access to 90 acres of wooded, private, non-motorized trails, including a shallow stream. Several camper/rv sites are available near the gazebo, some flatter than others. Two of our sites are even appropriate for horse trailers... bring your own portable electric fence, highline your horses, or use our grass paddock! In Corinth, the paved roads are considered ATV trails as long as you're heading to a trail (closest trail is less than 4 miles away). We are 30 minutes from the Interstate, 30 minutes from the Waterfront Concerts venue and Cross Insurance Center, and less than 1-2 hours from a ton of great outdoor attractions, like the Moosehead Lake Region, Baxter State Park, Fort Knox / Penobscot Observatory, and tons more. We can offer 15a electric at Sites 1 and 4, and we have a small dumpster, one bag of trash per stay is allowed. There is direct access to our private wooded trail system (non-motorized-use-only). Camp site property is attached to a small hobby farm with 2 horses and a flock of chickens. We sell beautiful blue/green/brown farm-fresh eggs from our free range chickens ($5/dozen). We also offer an optional and customizable "Farm Experience"... collect eggs, brush and feed horses, etc. Also optional/customizable, visit our home for a traditional Maine meal served on our patio, near our big fire pit. Meals are negotiated on a custom basis with local in-season foods.

Distillery and tasting room with 3 spots in our crushed ledge parking lot set up just for campers. You will have to back in and will have an astroturf front lawn. You may or may not have neighbors for the night. We are open Fri 4-8 pm, Sat 2-8 pm and Sun 1-5 pm. Mon- Thurs we maybe in and out or not around at all. We are over 500' off the main road. It's very quiet at night with an occasional train going by. Perfect place to use as a home base as you explore the area!

We enjoyed the beach, and I would highly consider coming back at a warmer time. The campsite we stayed at wasn’t as big as it looked in photos, so there was some maneuvering near the old house to fit our two tiny trailers. It was an hour to the main Acadia entrance, but so beautiful out there. If camping in tick season, bring spray and check your dogs. We were covered. Beach was 100/10.

You go for the wide open space and the great view! The site is no more than a port a potty, fire ring, and picnic table, AND it was perfect. It’s very private, quiet, and more than spacious. If fresh air and solitude is your vibe, this is the place for you. The host was in contact shortly reservation and the directions from the host get you where you need to be. I’d stay again.

Amazing spot! This was one of our best Hipcamp experiences. Quiet, private spot with amazing sunrise views. Cory was very communicative and gave great directions. The site is located back from the road and working farm so you feel remote. There are tons of amenities in the area, and it was a great place to explore Moosehead and the Belgrade areas. We can’t wait to return.

7 nights at Eagle View Coastal Campground

This truly is a private oasis. We did not see a single person when staying at Raphaele’s land! The view of the water was awesome, but with a quick hike through the mossy forest you’re down by the water for an even better view. We took our camper trailer, beware you do have to back in from the road with trailers, but it was worth it. We were able to watch harbor seals catching fish at high tide, and the birding is amazing with forest and ocean birds in the same view. The outdoor shower was great, and the sink was nice to wash dishes in. For our camper we had electricity and water. This is a really cool spot with great views and animal activity. I highly recommend if you like privacy and the great outdoors!

This was the perfect campsite. Very private. Really nice octagonal picnic table and complete setting with comfortable Adirondack chairs at the fire pit. A very short walk to a gorgeous water view. Sunset was spectacular. Lily was very responsive and helpful.
