Beautiful slice of heaven with absolutely lovely hosts. Fantastic amenities, paddle boards, a kayak, etc and so peaceful. The view is to die for.

Beautiful area, and Mirror Lake is named perfectly. When it's calm, the lake looks like a mirror. We have a larger toy hauler and getting around the corners we're tight but still doable. I'd say nothing longer than 31 feet. They have a dock for raft, paddle board and boating launches. A nice visit.

We had a great experience camping at camp site E. It was nice and spacious, and we appreciated having the option to rent games (they had many available things to choose from). The camp area was beautiful, and the porta potty was very well maintained, clean, and nice to have so close by. I would 100% camp at this site again.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Toby’s property!! The views are spectacular. There’s an area to cook/eat with picnic table, an adjacent sandy pad where the fire ring is, and an epic tent pad overlooking the valley below. Between nearby hiking, fishing, golfing, or enjoying beautiful Lake Pend O’Reille, you won’t run out of things to do before returning to the campsite as home base. We love Hipcamp for the unique stays it offers, and we often look for a more private option as we have some toddler tagalongs. This was perfect, thanks Toby!

Great little camping spot on their property and very easy to get to. The site is right on the water and has some awesome fishing. You are camping amongst other homes but very spacious and peaceful. Boat launch and lake access a minute away which was great. Would camp here again for sure. One recommendation would be for an out house on site or something for my private restroom situation lol

This place was awesome! You go passed the busy resort and end up in your own little campground. I camped in slot E, no real view of the lake but its an easy stroll to get down to the dock. It was epicly hot the day I was there, haha of course! But such awesome weather for memorial weekend. There are bugs but they have some traps to help with that! Plus..its nature. The bugs were here first, just be prepared with the things ya need! Couple cute little trails they made around the grounds. Lots of effort put into this place. Would absolutely stay again!

The La Luna cabin is off-grid with an option to plugin if needed. Hot Showers at my cabins are private and outdoors. There's nothing more wonderful than a hot spring-fed shower. The toilets are composting. (No water is wasted here)! Two of the cabins were built from the trees on the property by the first family that lived here in the earlier 1900s. The Birds Nest cabin was originally a tool shed that needed a LOT of Love to be in the condition that it is today. It does have power, running water and wi-fi. There is the option to take an acrylic painting class, banjo, guitar or fiddle lessons, paddleboard lessons, and have a real old-timey campfire with a glass of wine or two with live music performed by our famous Fiddlin Red on the fiddle, banjo, and guitar. Every year we make it more and more magical and interesting. It's four miles up a county-maintained dirt road and one mile to a non-motorized lake. I can't see my neighbors, but they are awesome artists and musicians and some of them are off the grid! If you're bringing a pet, they must be on a leash and be quiet pets. The Hidden Frog On Kelso Lake

Tucked away in the mossy rocks, The Hidden Frog offers a half acre of private, forested camping on the banks of Kelso Lake. The 60 acre lake allows non-motorized watercraft only, which makes for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The parking area has room for a vehicle and trailer up to 60ft long combined, plus another area for a single vehicle. It is adjacent to a shared driveway, so you must leave room for vehicles to get around you. You can choose to set up camp there, or down a short path to the lake where there is ample flat ground for multiple tents. The path is cleared but rocky, so always make sure to watch your step! A fire ring, shovel, bucket of water, emergency fire extinguisher, 2 chairs and one 13gal garbage bag are provided for your use. I live next door, so I'm around if there is anything you need (don't be afraid to ask!) There are no other amenities right now, but we plan on adding some as we start to make some money (i.e. an outhouse, electrical.) The shoreline is very bushy and rocky- not ideal for fishing, boating or swimming, but there is a free public boat launch site .4mi down the road, plus another at Granite lake .7mi away. Both offer a toilet, and a place for swimming and fishing (must have a fishing licence.) Please respect the boundaries and do not cross into neighbors' yards. Also, do not disturb the mosses growing on the rocks (it is a fragile ecosystem!) and respect the wildlife that make the space their home. Wildlife you may encounter includes deer, moose, beaver, otters, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, salamanders, eagles, osprey, blue herons, ducks, and many other bird species- we are located on the Idaho Birding Trail. Nearby attractions include: Silverwood Theme Park (12mi,) Clagstone Meadows for hunting and/or hiking (1mi,) The Lavendar Farm (3.9mi,) Athol Orchards (11mi,) Farragut State Park (11mi,) Round Lake State Park (15mi)
