We are a small 50 acre ranch in the panhandle of Florida. Most of our property is pasture. Our mile-long driveway is lined with Oak Trees. We also have a few acres of Mayhaw trees in a seasonal pond. We raise Miniature Tennessee Fainting Goats to sell as family pets. We pasture a half dozen sheep for wool, live with several Peafowl for beauty and entertainment, and a couple dozen Guinee Fowl for pest control and more entertainment. A hundred and twenty-five chickens supply us with plenty of eggs. A dozen ducks offer up a few eggs a day as well. You can pet the goats and Baboy, our Potbellied pig. Walking in the pastures offers a glimpse at the local variety of flowers, birds, and insect life. Stay away from the dozen bee hives we watch over. This is a very quiet and welcoming place. We do have three Great Pyrenees gradian dogs roaming the property at night. They are mostly quiet but can occasionally spend a bit of the night barking and chasing predictors. Coyotes, foxes, and raccoons are better just off the property. Hang out, relax, read, and feed the goats. Monticello has some great restaurants, antique shops, a well-equipped sporting goods store, and a hardware store. If you are a cyclist, there are hundreds of miles of clay roads through the North Florida and South Georgia countryside. There are very few cars and lots of views. We have some routes to share. The clear-water spring-fed Wacissa River is nearby. Bring your own canoe or kayak, or rent one from one of the businesses at the head of the river. The Aucilla River is also nearby. A pet friendly, off leash, dark skies 6 acre slice of paradise in North Florida on the banks of the Suwannee River. In 1990 the State of Florida banned logging within 1,000 feet of the Suwannee River so Southeast Timberlands sold off it's holdings and we were lucky enough to purchase 6 acres and 444 feet of riverfront. A designated "Pristine Scenic Waterway" with very steep banks, the Suwannee is one of the few"wild" rivers left in the United States and can rise over 30 feet to flood stage almost overnight; yet due to its unique topography we can access it no matter how high or low the water. The Forest Service has bought up the surrounding lots, creating a 10 mile Conservation corridor supporting the National Scenic Florida Trail, it's clearly marked footpaths and natural attractions. To that end, we have left the old growth upland forest the way we found it. The campsite is a natural feature as is the Zen deck and canoe launch, a swale draining the ridge. The campsite is level, the lane to the river slopes gently dropping in elevation 20 feet over 1,000 in making it easy for able bodied guests to navigate their way to the white sugar sand beach. We want to share our retreat with those who are looking for a real wilderness experience in an exclusive private setting. A Waiver of Liability is required by all guests as the Wilderness is an inherently dangerous place. We only offer one accommodation per weekend with a maximum of 8 people, because we only have 1 toilet, so our guests can have the seclusion they desire and be free to enjoy the natural wonder of the woodland experience in any manner they choose.

She was very sick with heartworms and kidney failure, and was 30 pounds underweight. She spent seven weeks with us, seeing the oceans and bays from MS to AK, TN, LA, and AL, and all up and down the Florida coast. When her kidneys eventually took a turn for the worse, we had to say goodbye. We loved her and miss her every day; she was the spark that ignited our desire to rescue abandoned dogs, cats, and chickens. We bought our tiny farm paradise at the beginning of 2026 and are improving, adding to, and updating this camper/animal rescue every day! COMING SOON: Yoga, ice baths, saunas, a Jacuzzi, garden boxes, tiny fancy chicken coops, goats, furry cows, fire pits, walking trails, hiking, and biking. We were Beth’s very first guests, and our stay was perfect. Because the hosts have traveled in their own RV, they understand what matters to fellow travelers. Before we left, they genuinely asked for feedback about the setup and how they could make it even better. Hosts who truly care are my favorite kind of hosts. The property is peaceful and quiet, only about ten minutes from I 75. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet it is close enough to the highway that you can quickly get back on the road. We stayed in our camper van with our two pups, who may have enjoyed the property even more than we did. After being cooped up in the van all day, they were thrilled to have a big open field to explore. We arrived after dark, and the directions made it incredibly easy to drive in and park. Our hosts even left a small light beside the power box so we could find it right away. After a long day of driving, we slept in a bit, and they graciously let us enjoy the peace and quiet. Before heading out, we had a lovely conversation about our shared love of travel. They pointed us in the right direction, and we continued on our journey. We would absolutely stay here again, and we are already planning to return later this month. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, and say hi to Pedro for us!

The farm is amazing with all the animals and artsy things around the property. The tree house was really cool if you are looking for something different than a camping cabin. We have camped at Tony's three times already. This should tell other's looking to camp at Tony's that it is a great place. We were looking for a relaxing stay in the country and this is definitely it! Walking the property, hanging out in my hammock, grilling, campfires, and nature- what could be better? Nice pond which our four German Shepherds love. Plenty of space to relax and for RV to fit. Our rig is a 2025 Jayco Seismic 359, 42 foot 5th wheel and we had no issues with backing into the spot. Site has full hook up, easy access and clean area. Tony is a great host and available if needed. He happily engaged my car loving husband with his antique cars too! We highly recommend Tony's Fruit Factory and can't wait to return.

This is an absolutely fantastic place to camp and relax! Katie and Danny were very cordial hosts who met me shortly after arrival with some nice welcome gifts. Their own residence is close by but far enough away as to not be intrusive. The property is VERY secluded with a 2 mile long drive off of the nearest road rural, so if your goal is to get away you can't do any better than this. The deck on the water looks great in the pictures and is way better in person. Much more spacious than it seems in the app, with plenty of seating, a large sink and tons of counter space, 2 fridges and a side dock for catch and release fishing. Morning mist on the lake and borderline riot of frog singing at dusk! Plenty of room to walk around the lake and even an outdoor shower and rest room available. An enormous slab to accommodate large RVs plus plenty of other parking space, full hookups plus a separate hose at your disposal. Honestly it's actually more of a resort type setting than a camp, but who's gonna complain about that! Check it out and I assure you won't be disappointed!

Weekend Trip to The Fruit Factory RV Site

Tony was an awesome host right from the start, welcoming, friendly and helpful. His property itself was awesome, and the site very well equipped. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as welcoming, with heavy rain for almost 48 hours which uncovered and I foreseen camper issue. Tony immediately offered to let us park under his spacious pavilion saving the remaining days of our trip. The rain soon stopped allowing us and the family dog to walk the expanse of his property and feed the fish in his pond. The nights were honestly amazing— relaxing to the sounds of nature and wildlife while star gazing. We very much appreciated how helpful and easygoing Tony was. He made our entire stay comfortable and enjoyable despite the weather. We will definitely come back.

This is the prettiest and most relaxing place we have gone to ever!!!! The hosts were so kind and loved sitting on the dock!!!!! Thank y’all for having this place to share with us!!!!

Weekend Trip to The Fruit Factory RV Site

An excellent rv site, easy access, full hookups, well manicured property, serene and private location with no road noise. Pavilion and picnic table next to rv pad for convenience, an excellent pond, a great pet-friendly space with walking trails and plenty of space to roam, a safe area even for our reactive dog, a brilliant sky view, and a wonderful host. We enjoyed an excellent tour with the host, great conversation and a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride in his Ford Model T's.

Weekend Trip to The Fruit Factory RV Site

This is a lovely, quiet, private location! There were so many birds to hear and see, as well as a cute pond area with fish and turtles. The RV spot is flat and easy to access. We went in mid-April, and there was not really much of any fruit to pick, but the experience was still beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed seeing the cows across the neighboring farm’s field. Overall a really lovely place to spend a couple days relaxing!

Weekend Trip to Twisted Oak Country Retreat

Mark and Teresa have a great site. It was easy access and level. We enjoyed the quietness and plenty of room for the dog to roam. They are great host and met us to make sure we got set and hooked up to the power and water. We will come again !!! A
