The site was great with a nice view of the small pond. Very quiet, gated community with a lot of nice tiny homes for permanent residents. Also, the location is close enough to Blue Ridge to uber over if you didn’t tow a car. Will probably go again sometime.

Site is on the side of a mountain, level, clean, and a great fireppit!The trails are great for a walk in the woods, the lower one has a small running stream. As far as privacy goes, it's wooded, but there is a house directly across from the site. My 2nd trip here, will be back!

The camping spot is very well maintained and so is the property. The landscaping looked beautiful. the area is very peaceful and we felt very safe and secure there. Deborah and her husband were very welcoming and sweet. They helped us pull in when we arrived. The fire pit and pavilion were in pristine shape. We did head home a day early due to the heat, it got up to 97 degrees which was a bit too hot for us. The lake was beautiful but did have an algae bloom on it when we were there. Georgia lakes are known for that in the summer around July so we did not swim or boat. We may go back in the fall when it cooler and the lake is clear.

DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS EXPERIENCE!!! We stayed at the site by the lake and LOVED everything about our stay!! While their home is close, they are much further away than a fellow camper at a campground. Debbie and her family introduced themselves and they were all extremely friendly, then they disappeared and we enjoyed our secluded, lakeside oasis !! Note to self for future stay…. Pull into their driveway and pull up towards a HUGE 3 bay shop on the left then back into the site. You will be backing up on the driveway that runs in front of their beautiful home and backing into the woods. You may need a spotter so you do not run off into their yard. (She explains this process and I still got confused… totally on me) I would recommend to ANYONE and plan on staying again in the future!!

Debbie and Steve are amazing hosts and even better people. They were so welcoming to our family. In my opinion, this is the best private site in Georgia. We've traveled all over Georgia, staying at different private camping spots. The lake is private and does not allow motorized boats, making it extremely quiet and peaceful. You have views of the lake throughout the day. The firepit, pavilion, water, sewer, and electric hookups are easy and close. We are staying here the rest of the year because of the quality of the camping essentials, the wonderful landscape and scenery, and our amazing hosts.

Had the best time at Mateo’s property! First, Mateo was super responsive, respectful and friendly to talk to. Hook ups were easy to access. The fire pit area was perfect for some evening fireside tea and conversation. It’s conveniently located a short drive to several charming towns including Blue Ridge. The property even has its own 1/2 mile trail, blazed and with signage 😆.

What a warm and welcoming camp to spend a few nights at. Thoughtfully maintained and incredibly accommodating, Mull Valley has definitely earned a spot on my ‘I’ll be back’ list. We absolutely loved our stay at The Property at Mull Valley. It was the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience—tucked away in the woods, super quiet and private, but still just a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The surrounding trees and peaceful trails made it feel like our own personal forest, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities Mateo provided. Whether we were sipping coffee outside or exploring the nearby walking trails, everything about this stay felt relaxing and well cared for. We’ll definitely be back!
