Small area with coffee pot and fridge. Enjoy your meals either inside cabin or outside at the picnic table. There is no running water in the cabin. No cooking in the cabin, but toast or roast your meal at small fire pit near cabin and picnic table. A full bathroom is available in the basement of nearby home with a private entrance. There is unmarked hiking in the surrounding state forrest. With in a 30 min drive, you will find access to the Appalachian trail, lake Blueridge, toccoa river for paddling, Serenberry Winery. There is potable water available.
Only fires allowed in fire pit near the cabin. This is the woods, we must be super cautious. Thank you.
Bring your own towels and sleeping bag/ linens. There is room to pitch a tent near firepit if you wish.

The space
You get the complete use of the whole house in the Innsbrook golf development in the city limits of Helen, Georgia.
Guest access
The development has a community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. It’s right after you go through the guard gate. The guard can give you directions. It is in the section called the sports complex. The only area off-limits to guests is my locked owner's closet. The rest of the house has complete access.
Other things to note
Questions I get occasionally from guests: One bedroom is on the main level. Once you get in the house, it requires no additional stairs. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the master has a king, and the loft has a daybed with a pop-up trundle., usually it is set as twin beds. I have put the two together to make one king. The fireplace is a gas fireplace. The barbecue grill is charcoal. Caffeemakers: 2 drip, one Keurig. Filters included, bring your own coffee

You can enjoy a walk through our labyrinth that has over 80 blueberry bushes surrounding it. As an extra, you can have a tour of our family farm.
Stone Mountain Park is also a short drive or bike ride from here, where there is hiking, paddling, golf, and amusement rides available. For a more local experience, the Pine Lake Beach is just a 1.5 miles away. It's a beautiful site for swimming and fishing.

Cabin is a 10 x12 with a porch across the front. Sit on the porch and listen to the breeze thru the tree leaves and birds chirping and owls hooting. There are 2 lofts for sleeping and a futon. Small area with coffee pot and fridge. Enjoy your meals either inside cabin or outside at the picnic table. There is no running water in the cabin. No cooking in the cabin, but toast or roast your meal at small fire pit near cabin and picnic table. A full bathroom is available in the basement of nearby home with a private entrance. There is unmarked hiking in the surrounding state forrest. With in a 30 min drive, you will find access to the Appalachian trail, lake Blueridge, toccoa river for paddling, Serenberry Winery. There is potable water available.
Only fires allowed in fire pit near the cabin. This is the woods, we must be super cautious. Thank you.
Bring your own towels and sleeping bag/ linens. There is room to pitch a tent near firepit if you wish.

Please note my upscale 3290 sq foot home has 4 bedrooms plus a loft (with day bed and trundle), family room has a queen sleeper sofa too! The home is close to great views, family-friendly activities, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because it has three decks, one with a hot tub, it’s close to Tubing, Zip Lining, Wineries, tourist activities,s and it's in a gated golf development. the outdoors space, the ambiance, the neighborhood. Perfect for couples, families, and big groups.
The space
You get the complete use of the whole house in the Innsbrook golf development in the city limits of Helen, Georgia.
Guest access
The development has a community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. It’s right after you go through the guard gate. The guard can give you directions. It is in the section called the sports complex. The only area off-limits to guests is my locked owner's closet. The rest of the house has complete access.
Other things to note
Questions I get occasionally from guests: One bedroom is on the main level. Once you get in the house, it requires no additional stairs. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the master has a king, and the loft has a daybed with a pop-up trundle., usually it is set as twin beds. I have put the two together to make one king. The fireplace is a gas fireplace. The barbecue grill is charcoal. Caffeemakers: 2 drip, one Keurig. Filters included, bring your own coffee

Full 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation house with 3 patios overlooking innsbruck golf course and brook. Stacked stone fireplace granite countertop kitchen, hardwood floors 18 ft. ceilings in main living area and just enough cabin feel to still be open and airy.

Complete use of the full house and lower covered patio for barbecuing and outdoor dining.

Innsbruck is a gated community. Before your arrival I will need a list of the drivers of all vehicles coming thru the guard gate with the color and make of the vehicle. We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals easily, the WiFi worked great, jacuzzi was a nice bonus and the cabin itself was spacious and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Richie was a great host and the shack was cute. The land is just uphill of the host's main house. You don't have to worry about the shared property because he respects your privacy. He said hello to us when we arrived and then we saw him again just before we checked out. It rained each night we stayed here and the shack kept us warm and dry.

I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

Cabin was absolutely gorgeous, Susan and her cleaning lady was very accommodating, especially considering we made last minute reservations. The cabin and location were pretty good, my only complaints would be that the gas fireplace didn't seem to work, and the hot tub was an inflatable tub instead of a full size hot tub, and we couldn't seem to find the remote for the downstairs television. These slight issues aside, the cabin itself was still quite lovely and we enjoyed our time there.
