Weekend Trip to Sugar White Sand - St. Joe Beach

Great spot away from the hustle bustle but yet close enough to the beach. Wayne was very accommodating and welcoming. Pet friendly. Campsite offers a fire pit, a picnic table, and an outdoor shower. If there was anything negative to say, it would be that I didn’t really like that. The RV pad is sand. Wayne has pieces of plywood out to step on and also a rug where your door opens, but it still tracks in pretty badly. Other than that, everything was perfect. we will definitely return if we are in the area.

2 nights at Port Saint Joe RV Resort

The campground was very clean and well maintained. From our spot (17) we could see the bay on the drivers side. There is a nice playground with a large wooden ship and swings next to a dog park. These are located at the back of the campground away from the road. The pool was lovely and there was a large covered area with nice chairs and several things to warm with if it became cold. The bathrooms were large and well maintained. There is a launderette if you need it. The staff was patient and attentive. When I arrived my picnic table was missing and within 30 minutes I had a table. St. Joe proper is 3 minutes away and the public beach is 4 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Ho Hum RV Park

This site is is at Ho-Hum Resort in Carrabelle. It's been here forever and it's a great campground. The people are super friendly and this particular site is right on the water. Be aware of wind this time of year but still it was beautiful to look out are windshield and see the ocean!

Perfect location! Steps from the beach. Close to both Mexico Beach and Historic Port St. Joe. Only 45 minutes from the State Park. The space was perfect & the full hook up was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

We loved camping here! The views were amazing and there was plenty of space for the kids to safely explore. We prefer our own space when camping and this was perfect! Close drive to town with cute restaurants, and shops. Easily bike-able to Salinas Park (public beach access), or a walk with a wagon. Ulises and Daylen were very helpful when I asked for some recommendations. We can’t wait to book with them again!

3 nights at Waterfront Full Hookup Campsite

Pro's-The land is well kept, quiet and private. There is plenty of room for kids to run around or a family picnic. Added bonus for the modular bathhouse with hot showers. Con's- I was disappointed with the water view and access. I expected a small private beach area with a place for the dogs to wade in the water. But the water is brown and mucky and it's more for fishing than wading through. I choose this site because it's off leash for the dogs, however there is no fencing to prevent the dogs from going in the street or someone else's property so you really can't relax at all. Overall I didn't find the value received added up to the price paid and would recommend adding fencing or a fenced dog run as well as a picnic table to each site.

Site is private, perfect location, quiet, safe neighborhood. Our pup is well trained so he loved the freedom the large space provided (site is fenced on 3 sides). Kelly quick to respond to any questions.

There is a full hook-up and an outdoor shower, and it is close to Port St. Joe and Mexico beaches. The neighborhood is quiet. The guy who complained about the older woman next door must not have any compassion. She comes outside with her dog and likes to talk to people; she is probably lonely. She talks to her dog, but what dog owner doesn't talk to their dog?

This is a hidden gem! Waterfront, pier, FULL hookup #1 is the only one worth no one in front of you. Has the pier walkway at it, steps away from bathhouse. Amazing find!!!!

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once! GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower.
