Great location and set up! The space was clean, well cared for, and in a quaint neighborhood. Would highly recommend. The ice machine next door made for some loud traffic at times, but there is an ice machine next door - that’s really convenient. We will be back. Thanks for hosting!

We loved being able to walk the path directly to the beach! The views were amazing as well as being able to hear the ocean from the site! We will definitely be back. Justin & Misty were very attentive to any questions we had. It is a true paradise.

Large very well maintained site with very ample privacy. The best is the sunsets. This site is perfectly placed for the outstanding sunsets or watching the clouds roll in.I,personally am not an accomplished bird watcher but I was amazed at different species around. Location to either restaurants or beaches are not far. Full hookup always makes it nice also. We have stayed here before and both times communication with Ulises was top notch! Thank you! Will be back!

Excellent site - paved, level, quiet and secure. Came with a boat slip on the Carabelle river too. Friendly campers , beautiful pool, cook shack and convenient to great fishing. We’ll be back soon.

Weekend Trip to Bayside Camping

We loved our time at our bayside hipcamp. Amanda was fantastic with communication and the site was all to our own. Of course there was a bit of roadside traffic between Carrabelle and Eastpoint, but that highway noise was expected. We enjoyed the occasional honk from passerby's acknowledging our little slice of beach paradise camp. Perfectly timed trip for a short drive to the St. George Island Brewfest added to the weekend. Without utilities, this was our first full primitive-style test for seasoned from-the-car campers. We added extra water, a portable shower, and a portable commode to our gear list and everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets along with soo much wildlife passing by (Pelicans, eagles, osprey, other birds, dolphins, stingrays, conch-like sea snails, other fish and even a friendly lizard here and there). We'll be back with friends next time!

This is such a great gulf front lot. It's pretty level with small gravel lining the driveway. Nice little raised deck and a charcoal grill available for your use. We had no problem pulling in with our Airstream and getting our truck out of the way for use. The path to the gulf is clear and the beach is amazing! Double bag your garbage or place in the bed of your truck until you leave as there's at least one bobcat tipping the trash can over to get to the contents. Would love to go back sometime.

'we loved everything about this property, the screened in patio area was great for relaxing and having meals. very quiet, except the road noise from 30A. our only real complaint is the size of the fire pit. way to small and almost unsafe for fires or cooking on. Other than that, we love it here for a quick get away and close to the water and Golf Course.

We had a fabulous time at Jen's place. It is well maintained, and just steps from the beach. It is also just a quick walk or bike ride to the Trading Post, Donut Shop, and Ice cream shop. If you want a relaxing beach vacation this is the place for you. I know we will be back for sure!

The site is awesome! We have always wanted to camp beachside and finally got our chance! Highly recommend. At night the highway noise is not too bad!

I hate to give away a gem like this, but it is truly a great spot with no headache, and the crucial amenities such as power, water, and clean bath house with warm water. The view is 🤌🏼. Bring some bug spray and some firewood and you're gonna LOVE it.

Great communication. RV lot is a beach house size lot. We had no issues with the hook-ups. Beach at end of street is shared with all the beach houses on the road. Good first Hipcamp experience.

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once! GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach!
