As a property owner, I'm pleased to offer a pristine location on a barrier island, with the beach on the east side and the Indian River Lagoon on the other. Our property boasts all amenities including waste disposal, water, electricity, and cable onsite (please note: there is no WiFi).
Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort.
Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. While pets are accepted on site, they are not allowed on the beach.
Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, our property provides an ideal retreat for all seasons.

Shiloh was the name of an early Florida town that was once located just down the road from our property. It was populated by hardy, adventurous folks who made a way for themselves and their families by clearing a spot along the river, building a home and forging a life in a new location. But Shiloh is now lost, literally removed from the maps. It no longer exists. When NASA needed a perimeter zone for the newly emerging space program in the 1950s, the federal government purchased large swaths of land between Oak Hill and Titusville, FL. Residents were bought out and forced to move. Houses were relocated or demolished. Shiloh disappeared into history while the space age pushed forward into the future.However... some foundations still can be found in the woods not far away, if you know where to look. There are even cemeteries that remain, whispering the names of individuals and families.As a tribute to those early adventurers, we have named our place Camp Shiloh. We honor the past, we respect the wild Florida that surrounds us, and we celebrate the future as we watch rocket launches from our porch. You are welcome to stay on the property while you explore the local communities of New Smyrna and Titusville, relax at beautiful Canaveral National Seashore, attend races in Daytona, visit amusement parks in Orlando... or whatever! You will also be only 30 minutes away from Canaveral National Seashore and Port Canaveral as well as Orlando international Airport.

Welcome Beach Lovers and Daytona 500 Fans. My Lil slice of heaven sits just off state road 44 in Cassia between Eustis And Deland. Private entrance with plenty of room for a few Rvs and a Camp Fire. Nice open field with grass to park your rv and stay a few days. No hookups or sewer yet but that is coming. But if your self sufficient or just outdoorsy this spot is for you. There are plenty of Lakes Springs and of course the Beaches just 40 min away. Ocala National Forest is 30 min drive. Disney Land and Orlando is also a short commute of 40 minutes. So if your looking for a spot near all Florida has to offer then you've found your next RVing adventure. Welcome to Cassia.
