The outside shower house is on the primitive side and made for the adventure type. It is equipped with a portable toilet and shower under the stars. It is hooked up with instant hot water. During the day, paddle your way to the beautiful Three Sisters Springs for a swim. You may see some manatee or dolphins on your way there. Hunter Springs is a great little park with a beach area for swimming and kayak rentals too. There are also several Diving with the Manatee tours available. One we suggest in town is Fun2Dive. Hosts are super nice and helpful. Beautiful large property and longhorn steer neighbors were quiet and curious. We had the place to ourselves and great to have our dog off-leash. So generous to include laundry and kayak use. We enjoyed a paddle up Rainbow River and drinks at Swampy’s bar and grille. Enjoyed local hikes too. Our best Hipcamp stay!

This is a great property with plenty of space to roam! We stayed the weekend with our 3 dogs, they loved the freedom and enjoyed being let loose. The longhorn cows are amazing too! We took a tour of the Back 40 farm, seen a lot of animals, and the amazing venue for special events! We used the onsite kayaks and took a couple hours to paddle up the Rainbow River, which I believe is some of the most pristine water in the state of Florida! We enjoyed our stay and will be back on the future!

We wanted to stay in the woods and that is exactly what it was. My first time "glamping" and I recommend it. Nice to sleep in a real bed, have AC, heat and protection from the elements. We made a fire every night and enjoyed the trees, birds and squirrels running around. It is close to the main house, but we were unbothered and it felt private. Definitely a thumbs up! Very quiet yet close to town.

We had an absolutely fantastic time here! The cabin was not only spacious but also incredibly clean. Our two big fur-babies 🐾 had a blast too, they really enjoyed their stay. We got to match our s'mores skills against the community firepit, exercised our competitive spirit with some foosball, and even shot some pool. Ahh and the view was breathtaking, Mother Nature in all her glory. You won't believe it but we also spotted some gators! Looking forward to our next adventure here!

We loved our stay! It was an adorable cozy little cabin with the benefits of camping--dinner over a fire, enjoying the outdoors, and an outdoor shower (so cool and enjoyable--even when it got cold at night!). We will definitely be back here. Perfect for a short getaway weekend and very easy to take kids with you without the stress of cramming into a tent and/or getting bad sleep on the ground. We brought out 5 month old and had plenty of room for her portacrib ! Very simple and fun!
