Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach!
Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required).
The sleepy little towns of Port St. Joe and Appalachicola have so many great local restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of these old Florida towns.

My husband and I fell in love with Port St. Joe, FL on our anniversary, it was our first visit and long distance RV trip. We had such a wonderful time that we scheduled another trip right away and brought our kids and 4 of our dogs!! Needless to say they all loved it! Truly Paradise!
One day our daughter was on the beach playing and found a Blue Crap:)
she got a little to close and Mr. Crab chased her snapping his claws, she ran laughing and screaming, it was so much fun!
We had such a great time and shortly after we were blessed to be able to purchase this beach front lot that is now called The Crab Claw'.

We loved our stay in the yurt! It was so cozy and had everything we needed from first aid kit, to snacks, and fire wood. Our dogs probably has the best time of all of us exploring the property and finding the creek. We rented a canoe and floated the river 30 minutes away (Cypress Springs) which I strongly recommend! Dollar general and the local market was just a 2 minute drive for any necessities but the campsite is tucked off away from the road.

This was a great spot, conveniently close to everything but in a generally quiet neighborhood. The site was spacious and well equipped, with electric, water, sewer and an outdoor shower (though cold, but refreshing, in the middle of a sunny day).
The hot tub was nice, but by the time it got hot enough, I was sunburned and couldn’t enjoy it lol. The animals were fun to watch and the rooster was right on cue each morning. Fresh eggs in the morning were a welcomed addition and the hosts were fantastic! Thank you for opening up your land to enjoy!!

I absolutely loved camping here!!! We were right by the creek and the sounds of water were so peaceful and whenever the Florida heat got to be too much we could take a dip in the creek!
The scenery was gorgeous, but what really set it over the edge as my favorite place was Mr. Bill, he’s so kind and compassionate! He was ready to help with anything we may need and is a great person to just chat with!

This place was gorgeous and they've created such a peaceful, welcoming environment! There was a beautiful creek right by our site to swim in and hammocks and chairs to relax in and watch the water flow by.
Mr. Bill was so kind and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay, plus he's a great person to hangout and chat with!
I highly recommend staying here if you need a place to relax and unwind!

Had a great couple of days here. Close to the beach and all the local attractions. Cute private fenced in spot and even used the hot tub and definitely take advantage of the fresh eggs. We are on the longer side and didn’t have any issues parking. Would stay again when passing through!

Laura and her husband were so kind and helpful, they helped us get our trailer into the perfect spot. The site itself was wonderful, the animals were so friendly and cute! Having all of the sewer and water hook ups made our trip such a breeze. The neighborhood was very nice and safe with an easy 10min walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning to this site!!

Spent the month of February at this gem by the beach.
It was nearly perfect. The weather in February has some cooler days.
This is the 4th spot we've rented in Port St Joe, and it's our favorite.
The beach access can't be beat.
The location isn't on a through street, so traffic is nonexistent.
We had a question, and the owners responded immediately.
Great folks to rent from, and we will be going back for sure!
