Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it!  Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house.  So, we decided to start searching.  Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach.  But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January.  We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month.  So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway.  We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale.  We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it!  And now, we can share it with all of you.  Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends.  You only live once!   GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. Leila’s spot was great. We loved that it was only a block from the beach. The shed storage and laundry machine was helpful- especially because of the humidity and moisture over night. It was hard to get clothing dry without a dryer. (We used a laundromat in town) The black tank hook up was not threaded to secure a connection but it still worked. Red tide was high while we were there. Overall it was a beautiful spot just steps away from a beautiful dog friendly beach. We loved the location and so did our pets. Would recommend!

I loved camping at this location. First, I travel with my dog. So, the fenced in yard on three sides was nice. It was open and spacious. Plenty of space for larger RVs. Mine is a small teardrop and the lot could have held a much larger RV. The hookups were easy to use. and on the right side of the lot. So, you back your RV into the spot. Then, you have lots of space in front of your RV for set up of tents, TV, grill, etc. Now, let's talk about 'why' you would choose this spot. It is a very short walk to the beach. I made that walk three or four times a day. I went in November. So, the beach was empty and the weather perfect for both football and relaxing. Plus, Shipwreck Raw Bar is close if you want to eat out instead of grilling. I will definitely stay here again!

What a great spot with plenty of room to park and close to everything. 5 min walk to beautiful lake powell for fishing . Best beach in PCB is laguna beach and your 5 minute drive away. Brian the host is very nice and always available for any questions. The site is very nice and safe. Don't hesitate book it... you will love sand between your toes!!

Very well, kept with a beautiful scenery, the fact that there’s only three campsites is really nice as well so you don’t feel overcrowded. The firewood, being chopped and ready for you for $.50 a log was awesome. Beautiful sunrise, and sunset, I highly suggest you try to stay up just for a little bit because we were able to see a ton of shooting stars.

We've been sojourning here for almost five years. We drive our camper from Kansas City to the Everglades for the winter and stop here at the Bay Hideaway to and from to visit our six grandchildren that live in the area. It is a perfect Hideaway, with no 'stranger danger', a huge lawn to play on, a shallow bay for the kids to have fun catching crabs, a very long dock, a tree house, not to mention the quiet and the gorgeous views. I love the porch, and the trees and marsh for the excellent birdwatching. In the four days we were here this visit we saw over 15 types of birds including a Clapper Rail, a Bald Eagle, and lots of shore birds. Crystal and Nathan have been helpful and a pleasure to communicate with... very highly recommend staying here!

We love the beach & being able to stay so close to it in our RV with our pets & with privacy was awesome. Wonderful, spot. Crazily enough, this was our first time using all of the full hookup options, for we have been basically boon docking for a year, so you can imagine just how awesome it was to have all of those things accessible. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on our bicycles, pedaling to Shipwreck for a delicious lunch and even exploring the beautiful Veterans Park just a short distance away & best yet, having such close beach access within a short walking distance. At night, we used the fishing cleaning table as our cooking spot & then enjoyed our meals outside under the stars. The only thing we have to complain about has nothing to do with our camp site, it was just so sad to be at the beach during a red tide. We’ve heard about them, but never experienced one first hand. We walked the beach on the days we were there, but did not get to swim or put our feet in the ocean, due to the abundance of dead fish and sea creatures floating and laying dead onshore. The town came by daily to rake them up, and on our last day, sadly there was enough to fill a dump truck. :( We hope to return some day and get that ocean swim & this place would definitely be a repeat place to stay. Thanks for sharing your peace of beach life with us.

Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. Where to go

St. Andrews State Park

When searching for camping near Panama City, you can’t miss St. Andrews State Park. Located under thirty minutes from Panama City, this well-maintained beach park has bathrooms, showers, and other amenities. You can also bring kayaks and canoes for a chance to paddle with dolphins, and people often see deer, storks and other wildlife. Many of the RV sites here back up straight to the shore, so you’ll get to watch the sunset over the water straight from your camp chair.

Henderson Beach State Park

About an hour and twenty minutes from Panama City, Henderson Beach State Park is a stunning beach recreation area. With 30-foot tall, white sand dunes (which you can hike, by the way) and stunningly blue Gulf waters, you’ll love how pristine this beach is. RV camping and hiking are popular here, as are biking and wildlife viewing. Here, you’ll get a chance to experience a unique dune ecosystem, complete with rare plants you won’t see elsewhere.

Mexico Beach

If you want to explore your RV park options, Mexico Beach has plenty. Only a half-hour drive from downtown Panama City, Mexico Beach has pure quartz sand, making it whiter than most other Florida beaches. When to go

This part of Florida is always nice to visit, but temperatures can get quite high in July and August, so you might prefer to camp outside of the peak summer. Additionally, spring breakers can crowd the city in late March to early April, though they usually won’t venture to the camping areas. January and February are great times to go, especially if you’re escaping a cold winter somewhere else.
