Nothing but good things to say about this spot! Eric is fantastic! Pad was easy to get into, and its pretty much right on the water! The location is bikeable to everything as well which made it very convenient for us! I saw a review about the dock not being accessible, that is not the case. Dock is well maintained and a great little perk! We have dogs as well and while we keep our dogs leashed, we did allow our lab some off leash time to swim, and there were no issues. Will 100% stay at this location again next time we head down there!

Eric’s spot was just as described. It was easy to pull in and out with our trailer and get fully hooked up. The site was very level. We loved having full hook ups for those post-beach showers! Eric helped us back into the spot, gave us a quick lay of the land, and offered dining recommendations. The little sitting area with Adirondack chairs was a comfortable spot to enjoy the gulf breeze as the sun set. We highly recommend and hope to be back!

Elizabeth was a gem! So friendly n informative about all her animals on her working farm. Fresh eggs, goat milk n cheese. We enjoyed the stay. Just park n relax on the farm. Geese were entertaining n lots of stars at night.

Spacious, basic, and quiet, with occasional road noise. Very natural environment with trees and a small orchard, access to potable water to rinse and drink. Wooden fence around property, we felt very safe! Lighted and clean port a potties and 2 wonderful hot showers. Detached kitchen with power outlets and fridge a super plus! The most incredibly warm and welcoming hosts ever, Maggie and Mike are very responsive hosts, and gave us excellent advice and suggestions for our nearby explorations, they made us feel at home. Beaches between 40-60 min away depending on which beach.

This is a great spot, we really enjoyed it..!! It is very level and spacious, with a view of the water and boat landing. Perfect for accessing Destin and water sports, a Publix nearby and restaurants. We plan to return. Thanks to Eric for sharing the property, he was very detailed and attentive and shared many tips about the area. Be sure to ask about his boat and jet ski trips....

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! Very large yard and very private. The fence was so nice (on 3 sides) for our dogs. Nice, flat, grassy area for camper. Easy hookups. Easy in and out. Easy walk to the uncrowded beach. Hwy 98 can be a little difficult to cross during busy traffic times, but not a big deal. Close proximity to shipwreck restaurant and dollar general market that has everything you could need. Easy drive to downtown PSJ. Would recommend! Thanks for having us!

Weekend Trip to 30A Bay Hideaway

Love camping on the bay. Everything is always well-kept and just as pictured. We really enjoy kayaking, bird watching, fishing,… we used a cast net to catch our own bait and caught fish off the dock. We saw crabs, stingrays, and even a gator swimming by this year. The sunrises and sunsets are great. This is one of our favorite places to camp. Thanks for sharing your great place!

We were within a few blocks of the beach, and the sand and water were gorgeous! We had a peaceful and safe stay. We hope to return another time!

This is our second time staying at this property in the last year and a half in Robin our 32 foot Class C Jayco. There is a very large fence around the property for complete privacy from surrounding neighbors. We always bring our ebikes with us so we can visit our kids at a local resort property on the beach 2 miles away. Public beach access is less than one mile away. If we needed groceries, Publix is 1.1 miles away. There is sidewalk access everywhere including some local restaurants. Brian is a great host and always quick to respond to any questions we have. Thanks again Brian!!

We have a nice little RV pad on the back of our coastal home. Situated on a little bayou that opens out into Choctawhatchee Bay. Crab Island is only a 10 minute boat ride away. You would have access to our small dock and there is a neighborhood boat ramp less than one hundred feet away. This is a great place for kayaks, wave runners, and small boats. If you don't have a boat, we can set up any kind of trip you want. We are all licensed captains and own multiple Crab Island businesses. So we can set up charters for you on the following boats: Sailing trip on a restored 1963 Pearson Ensign. Can accommodate up to 6 people. This is a classic sailboat that is easy to sail and easy to learn to sail. A restored 1966 Boston Whaler that is perfect for couples looking for a sunset cruise, etc. Can accommodate up to 6 people but it perfect for 2 -4. We can go to Crab Island, look for dolphins or find our own private island beach. Waverunner tours. We can take you on a guided wave runner tour looking for dolphins and private beaches. You will drive one wave runner while our licensed captain guided you on another one. Insurance does not allow us to rent these out solo but there are many good vendors in the area to do that. Inshore flats skiff targeting redfish and trout on light spinning gear and fly rods. This boat is best fished with no more than 3 people. Rates: $150 per hour for less than 3 hours $500 for half day (4 hours) $600 for 6 hours The neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Walton with large oaks and magnolias providing plenty of shade for bike riding and walking. Downtown Fort Walton with its shops and quaint restaurants is only a mile away. Didn't bring a bike, we have 2 you can use. The site comes with water/sewer and 30 Amp hookup. The sight can accommodate up to 43' for trailer and vehicle.
