My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Spent the month of February at this gem by the beach.
It was nearly perfect. The weather in February has some cooler days.
This is the 4th spot we've rented in Port St Joe, and it's our favorite.
The beach access can't be beat.
The location isn't on a through street, so traffic is nonexistent.
We had a question, and the owners responded immediately.
Great folks to rent from, and we will be going back for sure!

We really enjoyed our time at Zoie's! It was located on a quite street in a residential neighbor with just a short walk to a beautiful white sand beach with no crowds! The RV site was situated on a large private lot with a nice screened porch. We will definitely book again!

Brian and his wife were fantastic hosts even when a little maintenance popped up… they were quick to deal with it with a calm manner and all is well. The property entrance and exit took some getting used to but the added security being inside of a locked gate was something we enjoyed at night. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next trip!

The cottage was so absolutely perfect! Paula was an amazing host and thought of literally everything. My mom and I stayed for 5 nights and by the end we felt so recharged. Everything about the cottage was so thought out from the decor to the design of the sanctuary! The screened porch was favorite place to lay and listen to the waves crash every night! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to relax and recharge.

Sand Between Your Toes was a fantastic place to stay. Even though the owner lives on site, the property felt very private, quiet, and secure. It’s centrally located and closer to the Rosemary Beach end—which we preferred anyway.
While exploring the area, we drove past several RV campgrounds where people were packed in tightly, which made us even more appreciative of our choice. Staying at Sand Between Your Toes was absolutely the right decision.
The driveway entrance is on an incline and a bit narrow, but Brian suggested backing down the road and approaching it at an angle, which worked perfectly—we had no issues at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it.

Great proximity to Apalachicola and amazing views and sunset from the private dock. The site has good privacy on both sides. The power and water are on the “wrong side” for a back in site. It’s not a far distance but be sure to have a longer water hose and power cord. There is a long hose provided but it isn’t a drinking water hose. The road noise isn’t bad and the area felt safe. There is also a sidewalk within a half a block that goes all the way into town. Also, the side streets off the main road are all very low traffic and walkable (in my case, dog walking). Amanda is very responsive and wants you to have a great experience.

We truly enjoyed our month-long stay at John’s property in the Allanton area of Panama City, Florida. The location is quiet and remote — a refreshing change from crowded, noisy RV resorts. Shopping and everyday conveniences were about a 30-minute drive, which we didn’t mind at all given the peaceful setting. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely picture-perfect. John was very responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay for a few extra days. We would definitely stay here again.

The site is a single space in the host's backyard about 4-5 blocks from the beach with a view of trees / wildlife and it included all of the advertised amenities. We found public access to the beach that allowed dogs less than 5 miles away. We stayed for 2 weeks in January. The Internet was spotty, but we were hitting it hard (2 people working remotely M-F). We saw many birds (I spotted my first great horned owl) and several deer wandered through the site. The stars were incredible. We would definitely choose this site again, especially when the weather is a bit warmer.
