Just 2 miles from Englewood Beach, it is also .5 mile from a public boat launch into Lemon Bay, which has direct access into the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy exploring Stumps Pass, Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and Manasota Beach within a 10 minutes drive. After a day at the beach or on one of our many waterways, check out our wonderful restaurants, shopping, and live music on Beach Rd. and Dearborn St! Englewood's own fabulous farmer's market takes place every Thursday from October-May as well!
Separate from the main house, the studio shack contains a daybed w/ pull out trundle, Smart TV, a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and is stocked with the basics for a not quite kitchenette. While the shack itself has no running water, there is access to an interior full bathroom with a walk in shower through a side door entrance. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach visit. Laundry facilities are also available for use by request!
While I mentioned that we have a boat launch available nearby, you also may bring your boat and kayaks!

Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer.
Until you see it - you really may not understand.
Part s of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas.
The nursery has plenty of trees, & some fields - large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish).
Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property.
We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

Lots of ventilation, it has a sleeping loft and the living room space can easily be converted into a bedroom by combining the seating. Blankets, pillows are available but if you wish to bring your own, you are definitely welcome.. There will be a prayer/wish book and jar to set your intentions,, drawing pad, pencils, books to read, tv that can be connected to your iPhone. There’s also a tea/coffee station along with a small table and chair for you to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee while plugging your laptop/phone into a port provided. The outside will have a hammock, table and chairs with umbrella and another set in front of the house by the prayer garden. At the back of the house, there’s a small washing machine and a clothesline. In essence, it’s an upscale glamping!
