100 Beautiful acres, over 5 miles of walking trails, whether you considered stopping for a night or staying longer HCF loves our guest. Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Mariana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security our RV site full hook up with 15, 30, and 50 amp connection, great clean water and sewer. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. There are livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm. They sleep lots during the day and patrol at night so they bark lots at night...
We are a REAL WORKING FARM. You can join in on morning feeding or collet eggs. You can watch or help with morning milking!
If you are real adventurous you can help around the farm!!!

Back in 2014, this was 40 acres of forgotten, overgrown Panhandle woods. Less than a year later, in 2015, we added the neighboring 40 acres — together, the 80 acres of thriving longleaf pine, orchard, and untouched wetlands you get to camp inside of today.
With guidance from the Florida Forest Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS, and a sharp-eyed private forester, we built a management plan to bring this land back to its native state. Twenty-five thousand pines and more sweat equity than we can count later, it's finally ready to share.
Wander walking trails through planted fields alive with deer, turkey, and songbirds. Watch the light shift over quiet wetlands. Fall asleep to real silence — broken only by whip-poor-wills and, occasionally, a tractor.
We're tucked into a quiet corner of the Florida Panhandle, close to Torreya, Three Rivers, Seminole, and Florida Caverns State Parks, plus the Lake Talquin State Forest — a perfect basecamp for paddling, caving, and hiking.
Camping options: two full-hookup sites for RVs or campers, three RV sites with power and water, and one true boondock site — no hookups, but plenty of room for an off-grid, self-sufficient rig.
A few honest notes: this is a working farm, not a manicured resort. During the rainy season, the grass can get a bit long between mowings, and you'll likely see (and hear) tractors and other agricultural activity — always outside quiet hours. If you love land that's alive and working, you'll feel right at home here.

I camped here earlier this summer and came back for another visit! Easy to get to. Beautiful area. We went to several springs and this was a great hub. It was close to Morrison, Cypress, Ponce de Leon, Vortex, and Ecofina. Can’t say enough good things about Ronald’s place. It’s always clean and well taken care of. He is a fantastic, responsive host. I will definitely return!

We had an amazing stay glamping in the yurt! We traveled from Michigan and loved exploring the local area. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even leaving us a bottle of wine and sparkling juice for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.
One thing we really appreciated was that firewood was provided and the yurt had so many basic essentials. It made packing so much easier because we didn't have to bring everything from home. The property is beautiful, especially all of the plants and greenery, and the outdoor shower was a unique and enjoyable feature.
We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing glamping getaway!

From the moment I arrived both Maggie and Mike went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their place is much more than I expected, showers, a kitchen, comfortable lounge area with fans to keep you cool. I planned to only stay 2 days but ended up extending my trip. Beautiful crystal clear spring just a mile down road. Starry nights away from the city but shall just a short drive to all they have to offer.

We camped 2 nights with our 35' 5th wheel toy hauler. No problems getting to the property. The site is huge, beautiful, and well-maintained.
We enjoyed the peaceful setting, proximity to town and the caverns, and definitely coffee on the covered patio watching the river roll by.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hipcamp! The setting is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the river. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. You can tell the host really cares about the property, and is making improvements even though it's already a fantastic spot. The area was so much like the photos! What a laidback and beautiful property. The amenities were wonderful, and the nature all around is priceless.
Host was communicative and promptly answered all our inquiries. The area is private so we didn't see them during our stay but we felt the sense of hospitality in the details from the cards and guestbook. We have already started recommending this spot to our friends! Note: we arrived each night very late, and the road we entered through has little visibility, so just proceed with some caution and keep your eyes peeled! Thanks again and looking forward to our next visit.

This spot was beautiful, quiet, and a centralized location for trips to multiple springs. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and the fire pit was perfect for hanging out at the end of the day. The outdoor shower was amazing!
