Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.
We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.

Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.
The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here.

We just finished (well 2 years ago) traveling the country in an RV with five of our 7 kids (oldest two were in college) and we had a terrible time finding places to stay in Saint Augustine when we came home to visit. You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank. Two locked gates in our chain link fence allow most RVs the option to pull through or back in. Water and 30A electric hookup located at corner of concrete pad, next to the Jennair gas grill. Relax on our Broyhill couch and easy chairs under the awning, and enjoy our latest addition, a fire table. Hang out in the new gazebo with mosquito netting and fabric panels on a Trex deck with a polycarbonate roof. Keep an eye out for hawks, owls, osprey and ibis. Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank. Two locked gates in our chain link fence allow most RVs the option to pull through or back in. Water and 30A electric hookup located at corner of concrete pad, next to the Jennair gas grill. Relax on our Broyhill couch and easy chairs under the awning, and enjoy our latest addition, a fire table. Hang out in the new gazebo with mosquito netting and fabric panels on a Trex deck with a polycarbonate roof. Keep an eye out for hawks, owls, osprey and ibis. If you are extra lucky, you might spot our resident gopher tortoise! (If you do, please enjoy from a distance, they are protected.)

Amazing site. One of the best campsites I have stayed at. I spent the trip with my son and we had an incredible time. The site is spacious, flat, and well laid out, which makes it great for families and groups. The fire pit and seating area made evenings easy and relaxing, and the grill and picnic tables were well positioned and practical. There is plenty to do without leaving camp, but town is close for food and supplies. Walmart is right off the highway, and there are solid local spots nearby, including a fun vinyl record shop in town. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked the site again and are bringing our whole family back in a few weeks.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this HipCamp is centrally located to all the sites. Anastasia State Park/Beach is just minutes away (biking to it is possible via a bike lane). The Castle and Old Saint Augustine is just minutes away. Robert met us with a welcome packet of maps and brochures to plan our stay. The site was level and very easy to back into. It checked off all our needs for a great stay in Saint Augustine.

Friendly host, great camp spot with a white-sand river and beautiful woods. The grounds were full of amenities like fire rings, hammocks, and chairs. There were even extras such as a trampoline and various yard games. The gated site made the whole place feel safe and secluded. We were only one of two groups there during our stay. By far, these were some of the best outhouses I’ve encountered—complete with working lights and a hand-washing sink between the two stalls. Definitely a place worth staying!

They were very friendly and took time to show us around the property and even shared a cutting of a plant from her garden. This place was very clean and had great outdoor areas for us to hang out. We had an amazing stay at Blackwater Ranch! From the very beginning, the owner was wonderful to work with and communicated clearly and promptly, which made everything so easy and stress-free.
The property itself was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a big plus for our family.
We truly enjoyed our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be recommending Blackwater Ranch to friends and family and look forward to staying again in the future!

This was a dream Hipcamp! So many amenities that made camping easier (sinks for washing dishes, brushing teeth), a clean portapotty, and a magical shed with a fridge AND washer/dryer. The hot tub was delightful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again! Karin and Phil were wonderful hosts and communication was easy.

I highly recommend celestial acres. I’ve been staying on the Venus site and I loved it so much. I booked a couple extra days.. Jen is absolutely a phenomenal host and her farm is absolutely beautiful. She’s very friendly and gives great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It’s very close to Saint Augustine,, yet you feel like you’re far away from the city! My dog and I loved meeting the animals as well, especially Hickory, the horse!

Stayed 2 nights. Camping with tents. At the time of this review, there was a drought, so the river was extremely low. Property was very well kept, clean, and a great central location if you don’t want to be too far away from everything. Hopefully next time the rain has raised the river so we could do the full runs, up and down stream. The water was nice and cool, great for the warmer days we had in November. We will definitely be returning. Great site.
