Kenny was a great host. Excellent communication. The reviews i read said it was hard to find, but we had no problem. Trust your gps. It is very secluded. We stayed with our hauler and motorcycles. Worked out great for us. The shower is well water. Definitely NOT drinkable, but it will cool you down on a hot day.

Julene’s place is awesome!
She greeted us when we first got here and was suuuper nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Her communication was always prompt - she was the PERFECT host!!!
This site was exactly what my wife and I were looking for - a very quiet, peaceful RV site, out in nature, but not too far off the beaten path. The spot is just about 5 minutes away from Palm Coast where there is plenty to do, and places to eat, and roughly 15 minutes away from Flagler beach. We had absolutely zero issues with anything - the power and water was ready for the camper when we got here and the water pressure on the camper hookup was great. The covered area by the site was fully equipped with a fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill (charcoal was provided), all grilling utensils, propane burners to cook on with propane, large outdoor fan and a couple tables. She also had plenty of fire wood for us and the fire pit is really big and nice. We couldn’t stop talking all weekend about how awesome this place is! We will most definitely be back soon!

Very calm and a little spooky. I car camped here for the weekend while I went to a festival, this means I was coming back late at night. The drive there is very spooky at night with no lights (which is expected), but there is a motion spot light on the property. As far as utilities, there are both RV and regular electric plugs. The outdoor shower is sketch, idk how often the water in the tanks get moved so I'd be concerned about still water. (Good place to shower with your own water bladder). I'd come here again.

We stayed here while attending the Daytona 500. We had out converted Cargo Trailer. The location was perfect for us. The site is a combination of modern and primitive. We had 30 amp service so we could have power. Bring your own water and a composting toilet. There a small pond and wildlife around. If you interested in quiet, but convenient, this is a great place to stay. We’re planning on returning next year.
